Friendly and concerned staff. Helpful in explaining all aspects of insurance and seeing that insurance needs are met.

I have a 2006 jeep commander with snow tracks and need ins for 1/2 year at a time, because it Is not use for 6months of summer. ms Gatherum said special dispensation might be available, so it was a no-brainer to get Allstate ins. I am satisfied with service and have my little p/u on the policy. if all works out, I can continue to maintain coverage. no problems with service. again, I am satisfied and pleased with the policy.

I have zero complaints, I recently spoke to an acquaintance that is currently waiting for his budget insurance carrier to help with his motorcycle accident which destroyed his bike. It seems he's on his own with very little service being provided. All of the "savings" on his premiums doesn't seem to help when he needs it the most.

Felt abandoned, Tried calling around a dozen times over the last year, leaving numerous messages and couldn't even get a return call. All I wanted was to get information on getting more coverage!

I haven't had any issues other than there are way too many emails about random stuff. I also don't like the phone calls about trying to get other services. I just want to hear about things to pertain to me or my policy.

For the most part we have been very happy with you guys, we only had one problem when we called to have the automatic withdrawal date changed. It didn't get done which caused us to worry about overdrafting, which luckily didn't happen.

We filed a claim late on a Tuesday night and they had people out to us Wednesday early afternoon to take care of a hot water heater that destroyed our guest bedroom; it was super easy to file, the restoration company was ethical and timely, and it was an easy experience!
