I love love love ALLSTATE & Andrew as my agent. Through all my troubles I never have to worry because I am literally in good hands, corny but true. I've been insured by ALLSTATE and Andrew since I've started driving and here I am at 22 years old and process gets better and easier because he establishes such a great relationship with his clients like we're friends. He's honest and does his best to his ability to make life stress free for you. I would never be able to switch insurances, I truly believe that andrew & his team is as best as it gets and I always speak highly of them. They've never let me down ! So far Mr. Fry and Mr Davis have been very polite and kind to me , it has been six years since I have known them , they hapt me well informed with all the changes and other situations . Unfortunately got into this accident, of course I was very nervous, both of them did a great job calming me down, were very sympathetic , spoke very nicely that they will do a wonderful job on my car . They made me feel much better in this difficult situation. Because of all these great qualities , I recommended them to my second Daughter and Son in law . I was a customer of this office for the past ten years or more. It was really nice to have a local office to stop in to ask questions, file claims, and pay bills. It was also nice to walk into an office where the owner and the staff knew me by name and were familiar with my accounts. When my kids started to drive they worked with us to find the best coverage and to get the best discounts available. When we had to file claims they were with us at every step of the way. Although we have been loyal to Allstate for over two decades, our recent experience with the roadside assistance branch of the company has led us to a decision to sever our endeavor with our automobile and home insurance needs. In all fairness to your office, we have had no complaints. However, your indirect affiliation with this aspect of the company has a direct effect in the way we were treated in our time of need. Not one late payment, nor collision claim ever and all we received was a thoughtless cookie cutter, cold and inexcusable empty apology letter. If this happened to a long standing loyal customer, it could certainly happen to any current policy holder. We will certainly not be *********, however we shall give our opinion and share our story to those who ask and will continue to seek *********** for our losses during the one time we needed our insurance carrier to be vigilant in accommodating our deserved and paid for benefit. Andrew has been great. Andrew is very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Andrew and his staff are always on top of things when I call to add or take off vehicles our policy. The only I don't like is that my insurance premiums increase every 6-12 months when I have not made any claims. I don't feel I have to pay for others when they make claims.
