With no claims in the last 50 years, why my homeowners insurance policy keeps going up at a very steep rate every year. Loyalty apparently doesn't count for anything. What's the montra, bleed them till they can't take it anymore, then move on to the next one. Talk about being at the end of your rope, well, we're also most there Allstate.
I could not recommend the Hooten-Hughes branch more highly. Several years ago I temporarily had different insurance for my vehicle, and I never once heard from the agency. Not once. With AllState, I receive regular phone calls and emails about the status of my policies and recommendations for added services that are beneficial to my family. I very much appreciate the service I receive from Hooten-Hughes, both on the preemptive and reactive sides of making claims.
When ever we have had a question about home or auto insurance, your office has done an excellent job with answering questions,,, In 2008, when the tornado came through our neighborhood, a caring Allstate person came to our house to see if we had any damage from the storm,,, Allstate rates have been reasonable when we compared them to the other major insurance companies,,,
I assume we are discussing my recent accident. I was VERY pleased with the way you "had my back" when the rental company attempted to drop those ludicrous "loss of use" charges on me when the deer hit the rental vehicle. Thanks so much for that! That said, it does seem that there should be some kind of way you could have gotten me into a rental car and then charged it to the other ladies insurance after the original accident. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't been able to borrow a car. That needs to be looked into. I realize I should have gotten her information, but the women was elderly and in shock, so special circumstances like that should be taken into account. Overall, I have been quite pleased with the services you have provided, I want to make that clear!
We have stayed with this agency in spite of moving a long way away from Jackson because they have always given us 110 percent when it comes to customer service, taking care of a problem or a claim. Everyone at this office is professional and treats us and always have treated us like we were their only customer and you can't expect more than that
