This place was pretty good the first time I tried it over 2 years ago. I came back within the first half of the year, only because of the groupon deal. Only one groupon can be used for a table. We had 4 people and the dude let it slide, but the other party of 2 almost wasn't able to use theirs. I felt like the meat got smaller and it was kind of dry. The salad bar and the sides were great, even though I can't remember too much about it honestly. I like how they have the cinnamon pineapples but they don't offer you the plantains. The lemonade ISNT FREE REFILLS. So if you drink it all and they ask you if you want a refill, be careful. It's not as packed as how it used to be and I feel like it got crappier. Rather eat at another Brazilian steakhouse next time.
We got a Groupon for this place, so we gave it a shot. Compared to other Brazilian steakhouses and even food I've cooked in my kitchen, this place is ok at best. The service was really slow, their salad bar was underwhelming, and they seriously need to update their decor. Each waiter was perfectly nice, but the time between sitting down, getting our salads and soups and having someone come to us with the meat was long and they didn't offer all the meat that was on their menu - never saw any lamb. I really wanted dessert, I had to flag down a bus boy who didn't speak a lot of English, to then get someone else to give us a dessert menu and then he walked away and no one came back to take our order. I then flagged down someone else, who got another waiter to take our order. I got the chocolate mousse cake -- save your money and go to the House of Pies down the road. Wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. Chocolate mousse cake Chocolate mousse cake
Ok so if you dont use a Living Social or Groupon for this, its $40/person and you are a shmuck. The coupond are permanently on Groupon for $52 and Living Social for $54. With coupon this is a great value. Without it id rather pay 55 and go to Fugo de Chao. Still my 2nd or 3rd favorite Brazilian meats... More
Chris and I went this past weekend for dinner, we had a Groupon.. $52 for 2 people. Reservations are required which isn't bad. Ambiance when you walk in is a bit dull, salad bar limited, BUT the potato salad was bomb!!! Workers were attentive for the most part. Most importantly, the meats were cooked well. My favorite was the steak selection. The pork and chicken was mediocre. Would come back again.
We visited on a Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. with a groupon reservation for 6:30. The Hostess was nice and we were seated promptly. Prior to arriving, of course I read all of the reviews but withheld judgment until I saw for myself. The waitstaff was courteous and attentive. If we asked for something, we got it right away. I agree with another reviewer, there should be better salad bar options for that price point. Furthermore, the decor is tired and in need of a major face lift. We counted between 6-8 meat options including skirt steak, lamb (dry), tenderloin, chicken, pork ribs, 2 types of sausage, etc. Any meat pic you pull up on Google is a pretty good representation of what is offered. The flavors were pretty good, but not outstanding. They also had hot foods rice, black beans, soup, etc. The rice and beans were actually seasoned pretty go. Overall, I would not pay full price to eat here. At some point we'll also try Fogo so that we'll have a good comparison. In regards to the reports of bad service, I suspect one of two things....either we came on a super slow night and they were able manage everything or they hired a completely new staff.
I love this place! Came here several times with the Groupon deals so you get alot for your money. Their service is really great, every time. The meats are awesome. I usually skip the chicken and ribs because, well- the steak cuts are what we are there for. And beside chicken tends to be dry anyways. The different beefs and lamb are juicy and tender. Also love the chicken hearts! Then once you think you're done, shows the grilled pineapple which makes us lose out $h!t! It's incredible and can never get enough of it. Even those weirdo people who claim to dislike pineapple- love it. So, will be coming back again, for the meats and pineapple.
I brought a couple of my guys then to treat them to lunch, and they said they weren't doing the all you can eat thing till dinner. I told the waitress that's why we came, so she checked with the manager, and they went ahead and did it for us. It was the best lunch they ever had. Everything they bought us was delicious. My favorite was the top and bottom sirloin. Talk about mouth watering. For half the price of Fogo de Chao, this place is the gem.
If you like Brazilian steakhouses, this is the place for you. It has great food iand is more reasonably priced than any other restaurant like it. Our favorite cuts of meat are filet mignone, chicken, and the pork sausage. Also, be sure to try the grilled pineapple. Its fabulous. It's a great place to celebrate special occasions. It also has... The owner is arrogant and egotistical. My family and I went and used groupon and like a lot of businesses they frown upon groupon. (That's another rant lol). Long story short. This owner felt the need to mention to me my father Inlaw brother Inlaw and man that he spoke 4 languages and owned 3 other restaurants. Arrogant , unprofessional and bad service. Food id give 2 stars Fogo de chau is obviously higher end. A lot of the meat was dry and the veggies were canned and not fresh. This man is bitter and mean. This all happened because he didn't want to honor our groupon after he told us earlier on the phone that we could. And the extra 2 people could pay regular. Despicable service , no manners. Would never go back. we ended up paying cash and refunding our groupon that poor man. His business won't last long.
This was my first visit, came with family and friends. I have eaten previously at another well known Brazilian restaurant nearby, which was superb, and this restaurant was a step down I feel. We arrived at opening time on a Sunday, only to find it was still closed and other guests were waiting to get in. Not very nice, but... More
Good: The salad bar is nice. Pork, sausage and sirloin were especially good. Reservations were easy to make and seating was immediate. Bad: Service was nonexistent. We had to go find someone each time we needed a drink refill (except for water). They ran out of dinner plates at about 6:45 PM and still hasn't restocked them when we left at 9. We used the smaller salad plates instead. Meat delivery was very spotty. The meat servers came often and with variety at first but then seldom if at all. Dinner took about 2.5 hours simply because we sat waiting for food for long periods of time. Not easy with kids. Conclusion: Would not recommend and will not return. There are better Brazilian steakhouses.
If you're considering this place for dinner or think the Groupon is a deal, go anywhere else! My family went here for dinner for the first time today. We had purchased the Groupon but wished we read Yelp before that. The interior is very dated, damaged and unappealing. The first thing that happened after being seated was a drain fly landed on my glasses (Google drain flies to find out where they come from if you don't know.) It took about 20 mins before our drink order was taken and we were provided instructions on how things worked. The salad bar options were limited and visted by gnats and flies. We were placed in a seperate area behind the buffet so we were offen overlooked by the servers with meat entrees. The meat selections we did receive were ok, nothing spectacular! The cut of steak I liked the most came by only once it never made it back to our table. Overall our meal took over 2 hours not because we were gorging or chatting it was due to waiting for entrees or wait staff. Overall the service was terrible, we were completely ignored! We won't ever go back and hope this review saves someone else's evening!
Went with a co-worker for an early dinner (just as they were opening for dinner). We were the only 2 people there for probably at least 30 minutes. Obviously the server(s) was very attentive. The place looks a little run down. The cold bar selections were a bit limited but we went there for the MEAT anyway. I have eaten... More
I had a $50 coupon and we thought to take our family of 4 to this restaurant. We parked walked past The Palm onto an old rickety plywood ramp covered with AstroTurf toward the front door. I stepped into an unseen hole and fell quite hard twisting my right knee, ankle, and wrist. The valet and my family helped me up and we went into the restaurant. I told the hostess that I had a bad fall out front on their ramp. She said she was sorry and showed us to our table. Our waiter went through the how it works. What disturbed me is that no one of any authority in the restaurant came up to check on what had happened out front. I had gone to the restroom to asses the damage to me (road rash, painful knee and ankle). We asked the waiter to please send the manager to us. When the manager came, he was sympathetic and apologetic and offered a free dessert or beverage. Really??? The food itself had one good thing. The beef was not over seasoned or salty (except the garlic beef. I LOVE garlic and have been known to consume a great deal of it. This was a little much). Salad bar was very limited, but you don't go there to eat salad. Their choices of beef were much more limited than Tradicao (our favorite). Their chicken was very dry. We went to try because of the $50 coupon, but will not return. Not only was I appalled at how my fall was handled, their food offerings were not worth their price.
Worst ever!! Purchased a living social coupon and part of requirement was make reservation. What is the point when the hostess tells you 4 times that it will be another 10 minutes. The salad bar was just horrible! Spinach was wilted and there was no lettuce and no cheese! We had to ask for bread after being there 15 minutes and we' were completely done with the salad. We were told it would be 10 minutes- however watched a waiter bring out bread multiple times to his customers! When meat came around we had to get up and get salad plates!! No one served us plates. WORST EVER!! I will be calling LIVING SOCIAL over this horrific experience!! To top it off my daughters birthday was to be celebrated! Not to mention the carpet on outside walkway is ripped up and a tripping hazard! Worst $200 we have spent for a birthday dinner! Do not eat here! Go to Rafain, Fogo but never here!!
Positive: The food was pretty good. My dirty martini was strong and great. Groupon has discounted means! Negative: The ambiance sucks and needs upgrading. The entire restaurant looks like a remake on a once tackier restaurant. Weird smell when walking in. Service was super slow. Had to ask a couple of times for a waiter or someone to bring items. Not a big variety of meat!
Great tasty food. It was my first time and the service was awesome as well!! What a great combination :) will be back for sure !!! The price is worth it really! It was tasty and they make you feel welcome. In places like this is when you leave completely satisfy and happy to spend that money for what you get. I totally recommend it
This is a solid restaurant if you're looking for a different experience for $20-30. As far as Brazilian steakhouses go, this one is a bit weaker than the the competition. We arrived on time for our reservation, but it still took over 15 minutes for us to be seated. I'm not even sure why we bothered to make a reservation because they didn't even seem to have a table reserved for us. Whatever you do, don't fill up on the salad bar. As Admiral Ackbar would say, "IT'S A TRAP!" For a regular restaurant, the salad bar is amazing. For churrascarias, though, it's not only the feature of the visit, it leaves more to be desired. They have a lot of the traditional salad offerings, as well as awesome items like heart of palm and fresh artichokes. The rice and beans are okay, and the mashed potatoes lack any real seasoning. The gauchos are extremely friendly and are willing to help. They'll bring by extra cheese bread on request, but it usually takes a little while. Our table and the table next to us had requests for well done, which is a bit unusual of a request for their style of cooking, but they were great about not only fulfilling the requests, but having the later meats prepared accordingly when they swung by our section of the restaurant. One big tip: DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE. They are constantly running specials online for their dinners. On their website, you can get 2-for-$55 or 4-for-$100. They also always have Groupon deals going, and if you check in on Yelp when you get there, they offer a $10 discount.
The food was good, however the place seems kind of old, it did not really impress, and the bathrooms were outdated as well... I read so many reviews on their amazing customer service, yet we did not experience great service at all. Everyone was nice and courteous, yet we kept having to flag those guys down in order to get some meat served. They literally served the tables next to ours, but would for some reason skip our table, to the point where our rice and black beans got cold before we even received our first serving, and yes we had the green thing up. We even put the little green thing on top of the candle, in an effort to be seen. This did not work, like I said, we had to flag them down for about 75% of our time there, and we were there over an hour. We were dining there celebrating my oldest son's 18th birthday, which I mentioned to Aeroton when I called to make reservations, and also mentioned it to the hostess who sat us down, as well as to the first waiter we got, who said they would come sing happy birthday to my son. This never occurred. Needless to say, I did not tip, and all three of my teens were on board with me on this one, as they know I normally tip 20% for good service, and even more for great service...just as an example of how ignored we were, I'll openly share that I was only charged $9 for my glass of Merlot, and $4 for one Brazilian lemonade, when in fact two of my teens had ordered these, and my youngest even asked for a refill. Thanks for the free lemonades, but we will never return to Angus Grill again, what a disappointment. Fogo de Chao is amazing, and even Texas de Brazil is 100% better than this hole in the wall, at least their salad and side bar have tons of options.
I've experienced other Brazilian steakhouses, but this restaurant is the worst by far. Customer service was terrible!!! When we asked for fried bananas they went looking for the manager and he asked us how many did we want...... After 30mins they returned to the table with 5 small bananas. Furthermore, when we requested more, they waiter asked, "excuse me? and mumbled something under his breath.... Lastly, water was not refilled and others where offered different cuts of meat, while we sat there and watched. On the positive side, their meat was very delicious not too salty, cooked just right! I would recommend you looking elsewhere if you have a choice.
I went there last night with family. I wanted to give this place a zero star. Everything went wrong with our experience there. When we arrived, there was no host to seat us. I had to get the attention of the staff there, but they just ignored me and looked the other way. Finally got the host, but still had to wait 5 minutes with a reservation. After we sat to eat, the food never came. We kept getting pineapple. I had to inform the waiter, which he rectify the situation. The food was not good. The taste is not consistent. It is either over cooked and under marinated. Over cooked beef is like eating leather! Service was terrible. I am those that is satisfy with luby's service. But the service here is not only terrible, the staff is also rude. I had to ask for water refill. And to clear the plates. I had to ask for check twice. I'm disappointed and with my negative experience i will not return again.
This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. First, when we first walked toward the restaurant, the host was standing outside, and when he saw us he started to walk back in. I thought he would open the door for us but he just closed the door behind him! Very rude! He should've just opened it for us for courtesy since he was rigt behind us. Second, we sat in the corner table so we always got skipped when it came to meats. We had to tell the waiter multiple times. Also, we asked for steak sauce TWICE and never received it! The food quality was also bad. Definitely not a fogo or even close, there's a reason why they're on groupon. Third, when the waiter gave us the check, he stood right next to me waiting for me to sign it. That is also very rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. This place is stressful and the service is terrible. I was hesitant to dine here because of the reviews but it's all true. The servers were not professional, unlike from Fogo or gaucha. You're better off saving your money and eating at Jack in the Box!
Last night we went there after seeing a price on groupon. I've been to a few Brazillian Steakhouses and I would say this one is really good (meat wise) for the price. Very flavorful and a decent selection. The salad bar is very limited and the servers were a little slow. You had to ask them for the bread (hard) and refills. It's no Fogo de Chao or Nelore but I paid $65 with tip I would say it's worth it. Made a reservation and also was seated later than expected. I would go again though. If your on a budget, and going for the meat rather then salad id pick this place.
The staff must be new because I had a great experience. The food was delicious my favorite was the leg of lamb and the chicken hearts which is a specialty that you can't really get anywhere else. We also had a great deal on there imported wine bottles. And for dessert the creme brulee was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a great dinner without having to pay as much as all the other Brazilian steakhouse's.
Love Brazilian Steakhouses! Pulled up and the valet service led me to believe this was a top notch restaurant. I really loved the atmosphere of the place but I was sadly disappointed in the food. The meat choices were ok but not tasteful and the sides were not much better. However the lentil soup, black beans, and grilled pineapple were both really good. Now I was impressed with the service. Extremely nice and very pleasant staff. Really wish I had visited Yelp before making this reservation. Brought my Executive Assistant her for her birthday and we were not pleased.
Just don't. Even if you have a groupon. Some of the servers were good, but our dedicated table server was terrible. Couldn't explain anything to us and at the end of the night said we couldn't use a groupon for 4 because there were 5. I asked him to put mine on a separate bill and fought me every step of the way. The only redeeming factor of this experience was the bread and chimichurri. The restaurant is old, dirty. We had a reservation for 6:30 and didn't get seated until 7. We saw a spider on the drink menu. I mean, seriously, run across the street to Christie's instead.
Worst experience ever !!! My date and myself actually went home hungry!!! Slow service,Sides were bland,Meat was bloody and only seen every 20 min,but never reaches the tables in the back for actual consumption. Out of the 10 meats offered on the menu, only 2 actually made it to my table. Both of which were beef. I went here for a valentines dinner. I made my reservation in December. My reservation was for 5:30. The doors were not opened until 5:40. Once inside my date and myself were herded to a table in the very back of the restaurant. We were given our drinks then we waited for 30 minutes with our sides in front of us waiting for the meat. The first serving finally came and it was dripping blood all over the plate and table. The next round of meat came out of the kitchen and went back to the beginning of the tables and ran out before the last three tables were served. This happened about 3 times over a 45 minute time frame. The waiter finally came by and asked if everything was good. We asked if we could have some chicken brought to the table. It never came. I requested the check, told the waiter i was not satisfied and paid the $100 tab + tax+tip = 134.00. 1 coke,1 lemonade,2 salads,2 bites of bloody unseasoned meat and some brown rice and mashed potatoes. I was dissatisfied to say the very least !!!!
Ate there today with a groupon discount. I was reading through all of the reviews beforehand and I was getting pretty worried tbh. I rated it a 3 because although the food was great, the service could have been better.. When they took the bread to be replaced they never came back. The Brazilian lemonade was super watery. The meat was great, although a lot of it took a while to even get passed around/there weren't many waiters serving meat, so we had to wait around a lot of the time. Also, a lot of the meat was given to us in like ... The tiniest slivers of slices. Pineapple was tasty.
For the price, it is a great bang for your buck. All you can eat filet mignon? pretty awesome. The owner is very sweet and kind. There are so many reviews about the appearance and expectations. But I think it is quite the deal for the price and what you get. I wish people were more understanding of the establishments they go to.
We celebrated my husband's 40th here. The good: the food was good, although they can work on their salad bar The bad: the service is terrible! They brought a sorry excuse for a piece of cheesecake with a candle, and then charged us $8 for it!! The carpets are old, torn and dirty. The bathrooms are terrible! There's a torn carpet and a basin broken in half, and no water. We had to ask 6 different waiters for a bread basket. We'll never return. Even with a Groupon it wasn't worth it
I have been to other Brazillian steakhouses and loved them! Not this one! From the dirty parking lot to the dingy interior, it was very run down. The meats were fine, nothing exceptional, but the rest was awful. Instant mashed potatoes? Really? Our server had significant body odor and she was a bit hard to understand. This explains why there... More
My first experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse was this restaurant and boy was I disappointed... Probably one of the grossest restaurants I've been to in a long time. Bartender was a complete disappointment and could not make a lemon drop martini... ended up with barely chilled vodka and standing sugar in the glass.... really? Atmosphere in the restaurant is nothing to be excited about... Meat quality was very poor and tasted gamy. Salad bar was a joke. Not many options to build an awesome salad. Most people that go to Brazilian Steakhouses brag about the salad bar and quality of the meat. Sides consisted of instant mashed potatoes, a terrible pasta, black beans, and quinoa... that's a terrible selection if you ask me. If you ask me, any restaurant that charges $55 per head and serves instant mashed potatoes needs to be shut down. I don't even want to rate this establishment with one star.
Okayish food + pricey = avoid So I went here on a groupon, but it still wasn't worth it. I can't imagine paying full price for this place. The meat was ok. The only thing worth noting was the top sirloin, it was better than the rest. The chicken was dry, the fillet minon was almost well done & of course was wrapped in bacon which means there's no fillet minon flavor :( I know no one goes to these places for the salad bar but I actually like them sometimes. This one was tiny, not even worth going up to. The reason for the second star is that the staff was really nice, & kept the food coming, unfortunately the food wasn't worth really eating.
We used a Living Social deal and got a really good price. Their food and service were outstanding (Jonathan, one of the meat servers, was especially good). They had a great selection of meat, and their sides were good. We've been to Fogo de Chao, and honestly I like Angus Grill better. It was quieter, the portion size is better, and they have amazing grilled pineapple!
Lovely place!!! Great food and very pleasant people! I bought a voucher off of living social and made reservations of course but even after arriving late due to a couple of accidents on the highway it was no problem! Relaxed atmosphere with very delicious food and very attentive staff!!! Very pleased and will become a repeat costumer!!
One of my worst experience. All you can eat we were not even full. Lol. The food was not good. That would be a 3 stars if the service was decent. The server was very rude. Despite all other reviews, we still tried it with groupon. $25 for the groupon itself + tax + 20% tip (based on full price), it's came out to be $40/ person. Not even cheap at all. I will just pay a little more for chama gaucha for delicious foods and one of the best service.
Sorry that I can't lie and say everything was awesome but this was by far the worst service ever. I purchased a groupon so that my husband and I could try it and from the moment we walked through the door it was as if we did not exist we only had two servers to stop by our table, one asked if we wanted sirloin which was bloody and I asked for well done and another server who had roasted pineapple which was ok. After sitting there and not being able to get any meat carved at our table I went to the front desk to ask the greeter who our waiter was so that we could leave. The owner took my phone which had the groupon on it and came back with a bill that said 39.95 * 4 and I asked him to explain because the meal was already paid for and there was on two people at my table. The owner stated that my groupon was no good but yet I need to pay the taxes on the groupon (confusing) and that is what they charge so then he yells out you are leaving without paying so just go we have your kind in here that's always eating and not paying and he has security long story shorter the police was called and he tried to give me my money but I wouldn't take it. Fogo de Chao is the best place to go they don't treat you like the help!!!
This is a pretty decent place for Brazillian steaks, they do not have a lot of variety cut of meats here but whatever they have in house seems taste good. Just so you know, they're having a groupon discount thing so if you want to try this place, buy the ticket from groupon would be a choice. Just don't expect too much then you will not disappointed, that's it. It's no where closed to Fogo De Chao, but I still like it. As I remember, I like most of the meats except for the lamb thingy, it's still stink. You can't never go wrong with steak/ribs of course. The salad bar has many options, i especially like the cooked beets. The service is good too, and i heard the owner himself is very friendly and willing to extend your coupon expiration day if you don't have time to use it yet, so talk to him. To sum up, i would recommend you to try out the place from buying discounted coupon from groupon first. Don't expect over the moon then you will not be disappointed.
I received a gift (living social) to come here. To compare this place to Fogo is like comparing thrift store to department store. Walking into this place I felt like I was eating at a discounted restaurant. First of all the deck in front of the restaurant had ripped/ torn carpeting. Makes it look so cheap and dirty. The lighting in the dinning room sucked. The options for sides and the salad bar ( see picture ) was very limited. If I were to get another gift to come back, I would not. I rather save the money from the tax and eat somewhere else. The only meat that was delicious to me was the top sirloin. Never again. See all photos from Ciara N. for Angus Grill
This place needs to shut down or get completely new management. My wife and I have ate here twice. Each time we said we would not come back but this time sealed the deal. The meat tastes like carton. The salad bar is okay if you don't mind the taste of canned vegetables. The service was okay except for one idiot-waiter who tried flirting with my wife until he realized it was the wrong couple to F with. In summary, save yourself the disappointment and skip the groupon. If you do not want a regrettable night out, pay the extra money to go to a real Brazilian steakhouse because this one is a disgrace. I feel bad for the two waiters who did a good job, but the overall experience forced me to write this review.
The first time we were here was in Nov. 2011 and we were not that impressed. Fast forward to last night, they have come a long way! We enjoyed the food and service. Salad bar was ample, diverse, and FRESH! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We like ours medium rare and they were spot on. We were treated like royalty. We read some people were criticizing the decor of the restaurant. We actually love the quaintness and the coziness. Not too loud and rambunctious.....just perfect. Several managers/owner came by to make sure we were having a good time. We will definitely be back.
First things first, not a single Brazilian person in sight... for a Brazilian restaurant, you figured you would find at least one! We used a Groupon to pay for our meal, which was very good. I'm from Brazil and it doesn't fall too far behind the ones back home. Good service with good food.
This is an insult to Brazilian Churrasscos. While visiting my family in Houston, we all decided to dine at this establishment and took advantage of this Groupon thingy. Well needless to say the servers cant even cut the meats without splashing the meat juices all over my niece's dress and over another cousins …
Had to give this place one star the service is atrocious and the servers cut the meat for us and splashed meat juices all over the table and even some of my guest dress and purse. The personality of the servers are very dry and un inviting. They are not customer service oriented. I would not recommend this place it is in no shape or form in the same league as Chama Gaucha or Fogo de Chao as it lack food selections, drink quality, presentation food quality and most of all customer service. This was my 1st and last visit.
I purchased a groupon for 2 and I think I went on a weekday but I still made a reservation just in case. And when we go there, they immediately sat us down since there wasn't a lot of people. It took like a few minutes for our waiter to appear so I went to the salad bar. It was okay I mean it wasn't bad but it wasn't that good so it was average like it didn't have enough choices to me but it didn't taste that bad. When I finally got to my table, we waited another 10 minutes for our waiter to finally get to our table. When he gave us our plates we asked for water and it took him roughly about 20 minutes to get along with our cheese bread (he forgot the sauce and I think the owner gave it us). The meat was above average (I like some of them like the pineapple and sausage and some of them I didn't like for example the chicken heart which is usually my favorite). They only served about 7/13 of the meats so me and my BF had to ask for the others and it took roughly 25 minutes to get it out. So other than the weight, the restaurant is pretty well. I would come back again but only with a groupon without it....I don't think so.
If you come here to eat with groupon, may be ok. But if you are willing to pay full price, go else where. I came here with a groupon and I found that the service is terrible. The food is good except the salad bar was not that good and not a lot of choices. There was one dude waiter served the whole restaurant and he is slow. I mean he is slow. When I called him over to our table, he stood across at the other end of a long table and took my drink order. That is not a good service or you can call he is slow and lazy.
Excellent !! My boyfriend was smiling from ear to ear , we've been looking for a good steak and we found that and much more!! It was our first time there so we did not eat everything that was offered but we left very happy - steak - skirt steak- lamb and even the salad bar and cheese and meats !!!!! We have a new restaurant to enjoy!! Did not give 5 stars because being a newbie I did not see all the sides and soup that was offered and the waitstaff failed to point out but the food was excellent !
The food is NOT good as the other Brazilian places. The service is so slow. If you need a fast service, you need to getup and get your own plate at the salad bar than they will come to serve you. Be aware that they will add 20% tip and tax you on full price to your bill automatically if you're using groupon plus you have to pay 5$ for parking. We're never coming back to this place again.
