Anthony's Custom Upholstery & Drapery

BEWARE! I am in the process of trying to retrieve a piece of furniture from Anthony. He took a chaise lounge chair from me a month ago along with $200. I've been calling him for weeks asking for follow through. Nothing. He started by apologizing for not starting the work on time and he's graduated to not responding at all. Next, step for me is to file a complaint and take Anthony to small claims court. Unless he does the right thing and returns my chaise and the $200 I've paid him. Disappointing and unprofessional.

This guy has no clue as to what customer service means. He's always late to appointments with customers, attempts to pad the invoice and misses every deadline that he commits to. He currently has my sectional sofa for upholstery and after missing 2 deadlines, he has now moved the delivery date back again and is always vague, and real sidewinder. Stay away from him.

Stay away from this guy...he is a bullshitter. He makes promises he can not fulfill. He told us we would receive our furniture in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later called him he said the fabric is our of stock. We selected another fabric and he said give him another 2 weeks to deliver...its now 3 weeks later. Called again he said he had a death in the family...bullshit. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!

IF I had read the negative reviews on Anthony's Custom Upholstery *beforehand*, I might not have used his services--which would have been a big mistake because--as it turned out--he took my 12 year old furniture, made it look & feel *brand new*, & stayed in constant contact with me to ensure that everything was being done in a correct & timely manner!! I am VERY VERY VERY pleased with his workmanship & ethic & would use him again without hesitation!! Thanks for my "new" living room furniture, Anthony!!:)

Stay far from this guy! – The worst experience I have ever had period! Do not trust Anthony! He will mislead you into thinking he is experienced and reliable, but the only thing reliable from him is bad quality, and lie after lie about when the services will be done. It took over 4 months for me to get my products back! Not only did they do a piss poor job, I had to bug Anthony week after week for me to receive my product! Do not go through him for your needs. If you don't believe me, give him a call and see what he pulls up in. Van is super messy and it has unprofessional written all over it.

Reupholstery – I had 3 chairs recovered by Anthony's Custom Upholstery & Drapery. They all look stunning. The workmanship is very good and they are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Anthony's Upholstery – I have Flex Steel living room furniture I purchased almost 30 years ago; I really love my furniture so I wanted to get it reupholstered. Mr. Anthony McCullough called me on a Sunday (where the first caller a competitor stated he could get to me later in the week). When I told Mr. Anthony, why I wanted it recovered as opposed to purchasing new furniture he began to explain the construction of Flex Steel, which impressed me immediately. Again, it was Sunday, he came out bringing some simple fabric, and he had the job as far as I was concerned. I am so glad that I did, it took him a little longer than he promised but I did not bother him, because I was already impressed with what I saw at his shop when I went over to pay my deposit so I knew he took great pride in his work. It is beautiful, he did everything he promised, he did the cushions of my dining room table too, my husband never comments on anything much but he loves what Mr. Anthony did to our furniture too. I recommend him to anyone who has something that is special to him or her to have recovered.

anthonys custom upholstery – I had my sectional fixed for color wearing off when I got it back it was ruff where the color was worn well about two weeks later the ruff stuff and the color was worse then it was when I sent it out. I called Mr, Anthony he said that he would come out but he was busy I said ok well it was two weeks and I called again he said samething well it's been two months and I still haven't heard from him Hes not a man of his word. so ya;ll beware

does great custom work with autos and house-hold furniture. – did not take a long time for my repairs, and i found out that he also does work on anything that can be upholstered.

Anthony's Custom Upholstery re-upholstered my husband's sofa set that has been passed down in his family over the years. They did an amazing job; all four pieces looked brand new. His quote was hundreds of dollars less than three other bids I obtained, and he called midway through the job to inform me of the rotted condition of the cushions, which he replaced for a minimal fee. They picked-up and delivered our furniture; the frame was not compromised, and bottom wooden supports were oiled and scratches covered. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to care for their antiques and long-loved furniture.

Do NOT let this guy touch your automobile seats!!!! I gave Anthony my classic Mustang seats with new covers and foams to install. Was told "will have them done early next week" Nearly a month later …

I just had 7 chairs recovered by Anthony's Custom Upholstery & Drapery. I am even thinking about reupholstering a chair that I thought I should get rid of.

We are so glad we trusted them, we had other choices too, but we definately made the right one choosing these guys. Their Work ethics is great, the service is of a great quality and the prices affordable! Thank you!
