Aus Tex Restoration

To leave just a typical generic review would do this company injustice. Joel and his team are amazing. During some recent flooding in our area we were left with an entire house saturated. Having worked with Joel and Aus-tex from a pipe bust previously, I immediately called. He was prompt in his call back and arrival. Joel is very compassionate and genuine. He was ready to start right away. Our concern was cost right off the bat, as you can imagine this fear could easily cause someone to make a bad choice. But we were put at ease and well taken care of. This is the kind of company and person you only pray for in a time like this and Joel and his team at Aus-tex were our answer. We where taken care from start to finish. I recommend Aus-tex and Joel. They are experts at what they do, accomdating, compationate, and very well priced.

During that unfortunate time when you arrive home and find the place flooded, it's comforting to know that a company like Aus Tex is there to help. On a neighbor's recommendation, I called Joel Carmona, the owner. He arrived in 30 minutes, assessed the situation, called in a crew and began the process of mitigation within minutes. They take you through the entire process including reconstruction and even interface directly with the insurance company on your behalf. David Baldonado handled the restoration of our home after Joel took care of the mitigation. David's attention to detail has few parallels. Our Austin home has been completely refurbished, and it is hard to believe that we had over 100 gallons of water in here only a week ago. This company is an example of extraordinary professionalism. Their strongest asset is their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The AusTex team provided unbelievable customer service while cleaning up my home after a sewage flood. I was out of town when we got news of water coming out of my front door. I called Brad before boarding my flight back to Austin. Joel met us at our front door, and cleanup started an hour later. This was an unfathomable thing for my family to go through and AusTex was there every step of the way.

I had a leak in a copper line in a wall unbeknownst to us. A tile started to swell and I called Aus Tex the next morning. Joel (owner) was at my house within an hour and a half and was able to locate the leak with his equipment (plumber was even asking me where the leak exactly was). He then placed pads and dehumidifying equipment which probably saved me a great deal of headaches that come from this type of damage. He met with me and the insurance adjuster as well and helped me every step of the way. There is definitely a good vibe of genuinely wanting to help other people there! I recommend when disaster strikes that this would be a place to turn!

Aus Tex provided the absolute best customer service! Not only did Joel talk me through the process as they cleaned out my entire kitchen from water damage, but he talked me through the insurance process as well. No one ever wants to have to deal with these unexpected disasters at their house, but Aus Tex helped me stay calm, assured me they'd take care of it all, and helped me get to the finish line!
