B&B Carpet/Upholstery in Baltimore is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever tried and I've tried them all because I have pets. This is the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They are very professional. They come out on short notice and work fast. None of the steam cleaning chains or dryclean services could get the pet stains and odors out of my carpet but B& B makes my old carpets look new and keeps my new carpet in top condition. I've used them for flood clean up and for routine service. I'll never go back to the other companies.
