Happy Hour: 5p-7p M-F: $1 off well drinks and draft beers; $1 off Torta sandwiches. This is a sexy, dark, swanky lounge. We were there long enough to grab a few drinks before our night began. The drinks are cheap and the service is fast & friendly. Since in Capitol Hill neighborhood, you get an eclectic group of people coming in. Perfect for one of my favorite pastimes: people watching.
