Berkley’s Backyard BBQ is a truly family business bringing authentic, Mississippi style smoked BBQ catering and Southern hospitality to your events in Corona, California and surrounding areas.  Inspired by his father’s career as a professional chef, Berkley has applied his family’s recipes dating back to the 1940’s in his professional catering service since 2003.  Using only select woods such as pecan, cherry, apple, walnut, & plum, meats are marinated for 2 days before they hit the smoker at your location for the juiciest and most tender meal you’ve ever tasted.
