I heard some troubling noises coming from my front wheels on the way home on a recent trip. Called Bethford the next day and got an appointment in a couple of days that was clnvenient for me. Work was done on time and there was no pressure for extra services. An overall good experience for a bad situation.
These guys are fantastic. I'd give a higher review if I could. No matter who I talk to there whether on the phone or in person they're always very courteous, honest, and tell me exactly what's wrong. I don't know much about cars but I know enough to tell whether they're being truthful and know what they're doing. Finding a trustworthy auto shop is hard, and I will gladly take my vehicles to them even though I've recently moved outside of Blasdell. I don't know where the negative reviews came from but I'm sure it was a misunderstanding. Oil changes, tire repairs, brake jobs, exhaust issues. They've handled a few different things for me and I've been very satisfied on the price, quality, and timeliness each and every time.
First of all I was hardly bad mouthing ITS CALLED THE TRUTH. You overcharged me and you know you did. 323 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THERMOSTAT GUYS NEVER GO HERE. AND THAT WAS AFTER 10 percent off. I have quotes from other shops for half of that. You text me and I responded with a list of concerns you ignored for days until your call I got today trying to justify your prices which are way over what they are supposed to be! You should not be able to operate the way you do it’s dispicable. And I have screenshots of you ignoring my questions, I have that I called immediately and you had “left for the day” and couldn’t answer my questions. You completely avoided me at all costs so yes I tried to voice my concerns you hid from them.
Nicole said the business overcharged her. She had random fees in her bill, which no one could explain to her. They're a terrible business. She spoke with the owner, and he hasn't responded as to why she was overcharged. They had her vehicle for 2 hours. The mechanic didn't know how long they had it. They charged her $60 for a part that was $30, and $260 for labor. She asks the owner to answer her call. They have been dodging her calls.
I believe that I was overcharged because how in the world did my bill come close to 40 dollars last visit and on another occasion, I asked the mechanic to check my lights and I observed him charging me for something he didn't check, I didn't say anything but wanted you guys to know that you will be losing a customer
