I had many questions about tires. Alex was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my decision. I made an appointment for 4 new Firestone Champion mileage saver tires and an alignment. While I spent more than I had planned initially, I am extremely pleased with the tires and have gained approximately 2.5 mpg. For superior service and products I would recommend Big 8 Tyre to everyone.

I recently took my 2005 Ford Taurus in to possibly have the headlamps changed, and they discovered it was something completely different: the switch for the high/low beams wasn't working right AND the previous owner of my car had tried to change the headlamps himself, and hadn't known what they were doing. After giving me a price estimate for replacing the switch and re-aligning the light bulb, they worked me in as best they could despite the fact I didn't have an appointment. One of their mechanics even drove me home so I could get some work done while they worked on my car, which was helpful, as I was on a deadline. I am also very happy that I can rely on a business like Big 8 Tyre for getting work done on my car without having to pay the high dealership repair prices. In other words, a $600+ job was, instead, a $300+ job. If you're in the Marshalltown area and need work done on your car, don't hesitate to contact Big 8.

This was our second time needing assistance from big 8, not only did they go out of their way to find the lowest price for our first vehicle we brought in , they put us in the right direction for a much bigger problem involving our other vehicle for a recall , without their information, we probably would of spent 100's of dollars in which we didn't need to . We will not go anywhere else without checking here first. We refer everybody here 😊

I needed new tires in anticipation of a trip to the Twin Cities which I didn't want to make on tires with borderline tread. Jerry was able to get new tires installed the next day, and just in time in turned out for an unexpected snowfall.

I called one day, they were able to fix our truck the next day. Service is always great at Big 8 Tyre.

I dropped my car off the night before and by the end of the next day, it was done! When I went to pick it up, the serviceman took some extra time to explain the special features of the tires I just bought and pointed out that he would rotate them every 6,000 miles for FREE! You can't ask for better service!

This is not my first set of tires or repair service and they continue to deliver! This last purchase was for a set of tires and Big8 matched up my needs perfectly. I love the lifetime tire rotation which is a huge cost savings over the life of the tires. The people at Big8 have a "Think Customer" mindset! If you have not tried Big8 you should consider so for your next service or set of tires.

My place to go for tires , Needed new tires looked up reviews on tires but Jerry suggest new Firestone Fuel Fighter tires, so giving them a try. Also had front end alignment and radiator flush new coolant. Feel very work is always done timely manner and honest.

Good service. Received car back with dirt on drivers carpet and door sill. Not a big deal, but would appreciate some care taken for cleanliness.

I thought the service was excellent but a little expensive for a oil change, lube, and radiator flush. Jerry is always friendly and even has a good joke to share.

Service here is great. They checked out a noise in the vehicle while changing the oil. They are very helpful and good at diagnosing issues.

They broke my tire sensors and were rude when I confronted them about it and said it wasn't them even though the sensors worked perfectly when I went in to get my tires changed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Place was open. Hour before closing. Wanted 2 brand new tires put on. Said they were working on they're own thing so I asked if they could do atleast 1 tire said no again. Don't understand why you would be open and turn away business. I would highly recommend anyone else! This is terrible service

Jerry and the crew were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure I received and paid for only the services that my vehicle needed. They are true mechanics who answered all my questions and were not afraid to look under the hood with me unlike so many big dealerships where they sneak your vehicle to the back and put up a sign that says "no access". These guys are the real deal and I'm looking forward to a continued relationship!
