What a wonderful surprise to have found Valerie Simpson! I refinanced my mortgage, and Valerie and Allstate were the choice I made. I am impressed with service that I have received, and plan on using the services that have been offered to me.

Personal service is outstanding. Recent claim was done in timely fashion and had great results. Can't get 5 stars because there needs to be room for improvement. This local office is the best. All states rates are pretty good, but is anyone would tell you they could always be lower. On another note, I haven't found a cheaper premium elsewhere.

Terrible , I’ve been an allstate member for two years . I am not happy from then to now I have been a victim to age segregation to gender biatist mistreatment from the start. Then the manager Rebekah Smith take my payment by credit card at 3:23pm for its due and didn’t say there could be a small possibility that since you wanted so close you might get charged . She took the payment said emailing your receipt have a good one. Y’all I couldn’t pay my light bill or car note for ten extra days waiting on that money and this renewal she told me because of hurricane Harvey rates went up because it was a lot of wrecks . So I already suffered serevely through the storm and now I’m paying for the company expenses it’s not right allstate should be indicted

Great Experience with Valerie at Allstate. I am a consummate insurance shopper as I notice most insurance agencies tend to raise the rates of existing customers year over year. While at Amica I say my rates nearly double in two years. I had reached out to Valerie in the past, and she reached out to me this year to see if she could quote me. I would love to change insurance. I now pay State Farm 281.00 per month for 3 vehicles all full coverage with 4 drivers. The youngest driver is 37 years old. My daughter in law got a ticket about 2 months ago,(which was her 1st in her life) other then that no accidents since 4 yrs ago or tickets.

I would like to get a Roth savings and investment plan going. I was impressed with how the ladies assisted and helped me to micro-manage my account. The point is on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being very disappointed and 10 being extremely satisfied I give Allstate 10

Great! Rates went up this year, but I believe it's bc of the flooding in April in the Houston area. Hopefully they go down next time I renew my policy. Other than that, I love the team y'all have. Everyone is always very nice and professional when communicating either through email or on the phone.

Your rates are to high and I am currently shopping for a different insurance company.
