I don't usually write negative reviews but my experience was next level bad. It took over 24 hours to respond to my request, they scheduled for the next morning and texted me confirmation. I texted them in the morning to make sure we were still confirmed because it was toward the end of the arrival window. Then he said one cleaner cancelled and they were going to be 20 minutes late. As a consumer I had to ask for the update, I feel like as a consumer I should be the one getting proactive updates. When I said this wasn't a great start to the service they cancelled the job and then blocked me
