Ignored . .. I’ve tried numerous times to set up an automatic debit - told each time that it was complete - only to be suddenly bombarded with late notices and calls ?? What’s going on over there??

I have been VERY pleased for years with everyone in this office.
Everything and everyone is great,but the price is to much for me.
I had a flood in one bathroom. My hardwood floor in the one bathroom needed repair. Allstate sent out their team to my house and a person took a 4 X 4 inch sample of hardwood floor our of the middle of ALL 3 bathrooms. Now I need new hardwood floors in my entire downstairs. I have holes in my hardwood floors in all 3 bathrooms. I feel I cannot even invite guests to my house. I have 2 estimates over $35,000. Allstate has sent me $9,000. I am so frustrated.

Been with the company for multiple years was happy with them until now, I have been trying to renew my general liability quote with them a month prior to my policy expiring. My agent was supposed to be working on it for me and apologized for letting it slip through since I had to call and remind him. No big deal we still have about a month left but I need it asap is what I told him, his words were I'm on it. Well days turned into weeks with multiple phone calls, in which he said I'm just waiting for the company to get back to me with the new quote. Come to find out he didn't submit paperwork for the quote until Friday and it caused me to not get the quote until Monday and my policy expired on Tuesday. Not much time to get things in order and make sure everything is fair. When I called in a day later to pay for the policy the lady who answered the phone said my agent was not in today that he would be in on Friday, she then asked me to hold. When she got back on the line she then stated she made a mistake he won't be back in until Monday. I said OK but I need to speak to somebody that can help me get my coverage for my company so I can work she said I know the importance of you having this insurance for your company and Brent or his wife will call you back ASAP to get this taken care of. Well no call back and I can't work. I have all the call logs and messages I sent to my agent a month prior to my policy expiring. This is majorly wrong on there part, I'm a good paying customer and have never been late and have multiple policies with them. Talk to the insurance commissioner office and they said somebody definitely dropped the ball and the owner should have contacted me right away after he found out what was going on.
They were good until my agent wouldn't get back to me on a General liability renewal for my busines which is really important. I tried to contact him multiple times a month before my policy ended weeks before he told me he was working on it. Come to find out he didn't until three days before my policy expired. Buy my agent waiting so long to get me the quote lead to me getting a quote on the same day my policy expired. So when I was comfortable with going with the quote, which was the day after. I was then told my agent wouldn't be back until Friday than they asked me to hold and came back on the line and said oh sorry he won't be back until Monday. Okay no problem can you just connect me with another agent that can take care of this. She responded with I don't know how but I will have Brent or his wife call you right away as we know the importance of this to keep your business running. The sad thing is that they would treat a good paying customer this way, I have multiple insurance policies through them and always recommend them to anyone that was in need of a good Allstate branch. NOT ANYMORE

Letty was a big help with renewing my auto insurance policy after my divorce. She explained all the different options and even raised my coverage limits for the same or nominal increase in my premium. She also explained the best way about adding my teenage daughter to my policy.
