I have had to call a couple times to bring mistakes made by your office to your attention over my home owners policy for my mortgage company. Also I purchased a newer vehicle and was told I could lower my premium if I enrolled online. Nothing changed and the female on the other end was very confusing.
It is very hard to get in touch with someone on the phone. It feels like I am relegated to a data center person, and I feel like I am not getting personal advice in general. Not to say that I have not received good guidance before, but it just takes a lot of effort to get there. I would seriously consider transferring to another agency closer to where I live and where I can get a more personal touch.
As I have come to expect, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness when describing what happened and the need for my daughter to make a claim. And, again, as I expected, everything was handled with competence. I appreciate the security and peace of mind Allstate provides.
I have always had a good experience with Glenn Mason and then you but I have been aware for some time that my ALLSTATE rates were way too expensive. I did not do anything for years and then when I did I found I could save $1244 by going with AAA. On a bill of around $3500 for Auto and home clearly that is absurd.
I received a phone call from someone at Allstate asking me if I wanted to add coverage for my house. I said no then ask the gentleman if I could get a reduction on my insurance coverage since I am retired. He did not know the answer and said he would call back the next day.That day never came. When Darrell Namie was my agent he would see me out on the street and know me and my father by name. I would not know you or anyone from your company since all you are interested in is selling other products and making money. I also see advertisements for $100.00 reward for no accidents etc. Have I ever gotten that reward, NO. Has anyone ever reviewed my current policy with me to see where I could be saving money, NO. You just keep wanting to add my mothers house to my policy. I am thoroughly disgusted. I have had Allstate insurance for 47 years and never felt this way with Darrell.
