Horrible experience, terrible service. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any “professional “ and cannot believe how rude both Rusty and his office staff were to me or how slow to respond Erie has been with my family’s insurance claims. When my Mother, who has been a client for over 10 years, was in a car accident, she waited hours had to call 5 times before they even gave her a claim number or called for a tow. When we called Rusty back to check on what was going on, his assistant was incredibly rude- interrupting, yelling, and obviously frantic, panicked, and in over her head. She even told us multiple times that their tow service is awful and that she hates the way this company handles accidents that require tows. Her demeanor did not instill any confidence, to say the least. After being transferred to Rusty, he also screamed at me, continually interrupted and talked over me, and even threatened not to help. As soon as he realized he was on speaker and my mother could hear him, his demeanor changed... I still cannot believe how disrespectful he was to me. If you’re looking for an agent who will be reassuring, calm, and responsive in a crisis- Rusty is NOT the right choice!

Rusty was a great agent. Very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we got the best deal — he found us an insurance plan that saved us hundreds of dollars. Even when we moved out of state he gave us some tips on finding another agent. Highly recommend.

The professionalism is beyond amazing. Couldn’t be anymore happier with the services I get from Bronson Insurance. My agent is well knowledgeable on the products and help me with understanding everything and made me feel comfortable and that I’m in good hands with my insurance needs.
