I have used Brown Insurance Agency since they were at their Farm Bureau office YEARS AGO! Brown Insurance agency has never treated me like anything other than family. I love them both dearly, and I know that if I ever have any questions about my policy I can reach out to them via the phone, email, even on Facebook. I don't know what the one star review issue was, but I know that I've never seen or heard of them treat anybody that way. I would recommend and have recommended Brown Insurance Agency to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you guys!

I came in here Friday afternoon in a crunch to get insurance. I was immediately helped and was out of there in 30 minutes with auto insurance.I was very satisfied with my experience and the hospitality of the employees. I will be returning if I need insurance on another vehicle and I will be referring my friends and family.
