This is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely nice and professional. They do courtesy calls before your policy renews and also checks and makes sure all your needs are being met during the coverage period. My insurance rates are excellent and they have saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend for you to at least give them a call for quotes! They make it extremely easy to switch insurance companies!
Always a pleasure doing business with good people!! And let me tell you, these days you won't find many down-to-earth, reasonable people... I really lucked out finding someone to help me thru the ups and downs of driving and living in this world; insuring safety is what they do best! You really are in good hands!!
i was a a loyal customer with this company business and persona auto l. I made faithful payments, monthly drafts, from my checking of over $500 total. my BSN insurance increase two years straight and no one could give me a creditable reason why the increase. When i decided to change my insurance to another company, I saved $104 monthly for my personal alone and $40 for BSN. when i converted I was not informed that i owed a fee for days past my previous payment due to time of cancellation. Almost 3 weeks later while trying to get coverage for my grand child i discovered that i had a collections from Allstate. When i called to find why this was, I was informed of the overages and given reason for my bill. When asked about my refund, she could not give me a reason she had to ask her suvp. She was then informed about some cancellation policy that if canceled before policy ends that there will be a penalty. I asked why this information was not given at the time of transferring my coverage and she replied "I had no knowledge of this, it's my first time hearing it". I stated it is not fair for me to be penalized for something you the representative has no knowledge of. Even if I had noticed it in my clause when i received my printed policy, 5 days later, the same would have applied So when i contacted the collections about this bill and asked when was this sent to their company and it was sent before I even knew that I owed this fee. And to this day Allatate has not sent me a bill via mail nor email. I THINK THAT WHEN I STATED THAT THEY ARE POOR REPRESENTATIVES OF THEIR CLIENTS AND CHANGED COMPANIES, THEY WERE MAD AND SENT THIS TO COLLECTIONS AS A WAY OF GETTING BACK AT ME FOR . Yea i know people change all the time and what makes this case so different? you tell me. But i am sick and tired of large companies thinking that they can just treat us any way and it be ok. It's us small businesses that are keeping them in business. JUST WANT YOU TO BE WARE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY THAT NO ONE TELLS YOU ABOUT UP FRONT. IT ONLY COMES OUT AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED THE DOTTED LINE. HEADS UP! THE PROBLEM IS THAT ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NO MORAL VALUES. It was good at first, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, AS I LATER FOUND OUT.
The agency is very helpful and friendly. They work hard at getting you the best quotes and the right policy to fit your needs. One thing I love about this agency, is they are a phone call away and help me with any concern very quickly. I love my agent and his staff. They are some wonderful great people. You are definitely in good hands!
I’m usually not the type to do this. But This needs to be brought to someone’s attention. My life has been completely turned upside down when I was hit by an Allstate policy holder. After the kid admitted to his insurance(Allstate) on the phone at the scene of the accident that it was his fault, it took two days for Allstate to get me a rental when I had two small children to pick up from school the next day. It then took five more days for them to tell me that my car was not worth fixing, and that the value of it was $1600 or $1400 if I kept the car. It had zero mechanical issues and Had been in my family for 15 years with 0 accidents and a lot of miles on it because I drive for a living. It was my livelihood. It was how I paid my bills. So I had to pay out of MY money, $1000 to get my car fixed. AND TO TOP IT OFF, Allstate wouldn’t pay for my rental while IM paying for my car to be fixed because I couldn’t afford to finance a new car and obtain payments or buy a clunker for $1600 and hope that my two children and I didn’t break down. So because I have no way to work, Allstate is not going to compensate me for loss wages, because it’s not due to injury. Just the fact that they refused to pay $3000 to get my car fixed and a rental for me, when he had a $50,000 policy is absolutely astonishing. But to top it all off. The Adjuster on the phone said to me, I understand that morally this is all incredibly unfortunate and wrong, but legally that is all that we are responsible for. Please share this if you believe that justice needs to be served.
Office personnel are very helpful and friendly. I do receive emails offering other policies, and Angela has mentioned it on the telephone. When I decline, they are not pushy. I have not had to file a claim, however, and that is the real test of an insurance agency. That's why I gave a 9. Of course, I hope I never have to file a claim.
Allstate was great! After I had my accident, I contacted them and they took it from there. They treated me as a human an not a claim number. I was kept informed of the progress on my car and never had to wonder what was going on. I can't imagine ever changing insurance companies. Thank you Allstate...I was in GREAT hands!
After using Allstate for over 63 years and our being safe drivers, you chose to not to make the correct judgement on the Sept. 20, 2016 accident, when Ms. Peters rear ended our 2003 Honda Accord. When Gracie changed lanes on the Bentonville side of the overpass, while the left lane was stopped, waiting for cars to get into the turning lane so they could get onto the ramp to travel on I-49 N and she got rammed on the Rogers side after the I-49 N ramp was behind her, there was no way it was her fault. She went to court and they agreed with my wife. You not only chose to believe the wrong party, but you also repaired the wrong automobile and paid Ms. Peters for injuries, which she did not have, she told the Police she was not injured. Refusing to listen to our complaints has caused us to have no other choice but to find another Insurance Co. Also it has been brought to our attention that Allstate has recorded an accident in 2014 twice, Oct. 17th and Dec. 17th which makes a bad report on us and you refuse to correct your mistake. That accident was never reported by the other party, there was no dent, no pay out. Such behavior is not acceptable. James F. Norris
