“awful – George Serna, owner of Pacific Coast Painting (916 821-0288) is the most unprofessional, immature tradesman or otherwise I've ever worked with. Yes he is licensed and yes he did touch-ups with his finger! (professional, right?) He shows up an hour late the first day to paint my house exterior, doesn't give me a start time for the second day and today he said he could start at 10 am so it would give him time to sleep in. He came an hour and 15 minutes late. Not one phone call from him. He is in a rush to get out of here. His comments on Saturday to his helper are, I”
