“Misread billing statement because the "5" blended into the "1" and looked like a "7" and so over-paid the worker by $60. Despite phone calls to the guy who did the work and emails to company website, never received reimbursement for over-payment. So, lesson learned, don't hire 24X7 pro service -- unethical business practice if failing to reimburse for over-payment is unethical, which it is. Besides, the worker told me he didn't accept insurance claims, so don't bother with that if you were looking for it.”
