I contacted the Canales Insurance Group (All State) for my insurance needs. They were very good with their advice on what required coverage and what is recommended but also very good with not pressurizing into buying something that is not needed and still open to your inputs and preferences. They also saved us a good bit of money while customizing our policies to fit our needs. Highly recommend.
Awesome agents! I have had the best experience with them than any other insurance. They answer all of your questions very promptly and they are polite. They always think about the customers and make me feel like family! It’s a great pleasure to work with them. I know that my money is going to a very good insurance due to the fact that I have excellent agents that are doing the best of their abilities to get you the most that the insurance can offer. I love that you can talk to actual people that are concerned with your every need. They are so easy to contact as well. In other insurances, customer care had been a huge issue for me; Not to mention the waiting time. But in this insurance agency all the personnel are the best no matter who you speak to. Their customer service speak volumes of their brand!
When we looked into switching to this company we asked for a quote that was on the same level as century 21; we did take deducts to 1000 and state laws on amount of liability and full coverage , the rest was to be the same ,no fault, pip etc . Then my husband had an accident and now we found we don’t have pip, rental care, or hotel stays. These were on our old policy. She ( perla) never asked us if we wanted to decline pip but when the policy came over my husband signed electronically and when he saw pip he just assumed it meant have it . I know people should really read everything but few do. We are waiting on this response as for the recording to see if we verbally reclined but I know I did not. Also the billing is not correct,it still shows the total truck ,we had to purchase a truck for him to work cause the settlement of the value of his truck was undervalued by at least 1500$ , that’s another issue,. So now we are trying to get credit on the billing since it runs to Jan 2018 & the wreck was 9/25 ; in Arkansas, and that’s where no rental car came into play and no reimbursement for hotel stay. Beware of Allstate homeowners coverage. Our house was struck by lightning last Tuesday (June 5). The strike exploded our hot water heaters in the attic, killed our ac units and affected various other electrical elements (outlets, smoke detectors and internet). Cesar Canales and colleagues are hard working agents never give up clarifying/serving customers getting good rates in their capacity. When I first signed up 6 months back they got me a good rate because of that I moved from AAA to Allstate. Allstate/underwriters should also offer good rates to agent Cesar Canales so that they can pass on to customers like me and to retain the customers. I am sure they will.
Best insurance experience I have ever had. I told Cesar I was only going to be in Texas for 3 months and needed minimum required insurance on a cheap car. He went above and beyond my expectations for service, trying to find me the best deal and answering other questions I had that didn't relate to insurance. Awesome guy, if I can count on him for the little things I am confident he would have my back if I needed him.
The experience with this particular office was one to be talked about. Great experience! Peels was my first contact and she was very helpful. Sent me quotes right away for home and auto. Took me a awhile to compare to my then current policies, but once I did it was a no brained to switch! Cesar was very inform drive and explained things about Allstate's current discounts and incentives.

The Canales Family Agency is an excellent insurance agency. Not only did they provide great customer service, but they also saved me a good amount of money. Great experience with Perla and Cesar. We recently switched all of our accounts - auto, home and umbrella as our prior insurance company's prices kept going up considerably every year. We had a lot of questions to make sure we were getting the same coverage and Perla answered all our questions very patiently. The price(s) we ended up paying were considerably less on the homeowners insurance.
