Be careful when buying a unlocked cellphone here, if something it's wrong with what you bought it will be impossible to get help, support or a solution from these people. When I asked for help they provide me useless solutions one after another to the point where they don't even answer call or texts anymore, now I'm stuck with a useless and expensive paperweight.

I’ve had better service and think the owner and his staff member could provided me with better accommodations for selling me a phone with a foggy front camera and phone screen that doesn’t always responds to my touch. It was such a pain trying to navigate google with a day year old phone that they wanted to take in for repair. Had I known the cellulars they sell here were refurbished I would of taken my business else where. It is unfair to downsize from a 256gb to 128gb for the same price. Unfair, I feel as if cellular proz scammed me. I had to call the police to file a report and now I will contact the Better Business Bureau for selling me a defective phone that you need to open and pull out the screws inside to repair it. Not good Ishmael, Offer up has a 128gb iPhone 7 Plus for $350 and it’s bigger. I rather a deal like that if am going to downsize yet still no decent help to fix the issue.

Horrible service. I went there to fix my screen for my IPhone 6s. They charged me around $30 to repair the screen and I was please with that price at first. I came back about 30 minutes later to pick up the phone and once I was able to get it turned on I realized that the camera, the flash and the wifi were no longer working. I took it back about 2 days later because the drive from boca to sunrise was not easy for me to make right away. When I told them the issues I was having they wrote me off and told me it was not there problem and they couldn’t fix it. I ended up having to buy a brand new IPhone which cost me roughly $300 dollars. It really put a hurt on my wallet but I wanted to put this story out there for anyone that needs a phone repair and is thinking about coming here. Think twice.

After seeing such great reviews, I decided that I'll go with Cellular Proz for screen repairs on my Huawei P20 Lite. Was told that the repairs should take 1 - 5 business days, and that I should receive updates via text. 3 business days go by and I receive no updates. I call on the third day, and was told they have no updates. I continue calling, each time being told that they had no updates. Not only this, but they could not track the shipment. By the fifth business day I get them to contact the company they ordered from and was told the replacements should arrive on the 7th business day. I understand this. I understand the shipment is taking longer than expected, but why couldn't they have communicated this to me? The 7th business day passes by, I don't call, neither do they. The 8th day, I call. "It's ready for pickup." I go to the store, only to be told my phone was at another branch. I have to wait 30 mins. When my phone does arrive, I am told they only did repairs to the front screen and not to the glass back cover. This is after I paid 50% down payment for both repairs. Would not recommend. Edit: Upon switching on the phone at home, I noticed the screen wasn't properly fitted. This was fixed within 10 mins of me returning it, however.

Sergio was the tech helping me solve an issue with a broken screen for a customer's IPad. I'm glad the store had a brand new replacement in stock and was able to perform the new replacement well under an hour. Will be checking the performance on the IPad to eventually refer Cellular Pros to my contacts. Thanks for your assistance.

Decided to fix my phone here after all the great reviews and thank God I did ! Alex was wonderful working the front and helping all the customers with 25 minutes until closing and they were able to fix the screen on my 6s plus . Definitely coming back if need be and recommending !

After thanksgiving I thought this store was going to be closed, I was wrong, it was already on business with some customers in there already, I had a very good experience getting my Samsung S5 glass changed in less than 1 hour. Price was reasonable and nice staff. Thank you! I will come back again.

very reliable and i wish i would have came here first instead of anywhere else. they are an awesome place as soon as u go in u feel like family and than when u want to find out any information the always have a great response because they basically go out of there way to help u and i love that.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 This place ruined my iPhone. There are gashes in the aluminum casing. The screen does not sit flush on my phone. Today I use my phone and the screen is non responsive. I had to restart it two times before it finally started to work again and now when I try to select something it clicks the opposite of what I'm trying to select, Choosing what it wants at will. I recommend that no one gets their phone or any thing repaired at this establishment.

I completely shattered my iPhone screen. I called Cellular Proz from finding their information online (here). I'm usually skeptical about going somewhere new. Thank goodness I did! They fixed it literally less than an hour. Highly recommend them. If you ever have that issue, take it to them. Very professional, and quick service. Will go again!

I have decided to change my review since my phone screen has turned purple TWICE. I also had to pay TWICE since according to the owner, they do not warranty android screen replacements. I don't know what kind of screen they put on my phone but I cannot trust taking my phone back to them since it appears that they don't know what they're doing. Also they would force me to pay them to fix an issue that they should have fixed the first time I paid them. They do have good customer service though.

I brought my iPhone 6s here for battery repair. At Apple, battery repair costs $70 which is ridiculous. I called around 5 different local shops and Cellular Proz had the best price by far at $40. I dropped it off and came back 30 min later and it was done. My phone is working great now. Thanks.
