All my dealings with my local agent have been wonderful. I did make mistake of filing claim directly with ALLSTATE initially w/o my local agent. What a NIGHTMARE.....if not for the professionalism & customer focus of my agent I would have switched my insurance carrier. Chris & TEAM --- you all ROCK!
Insurance says we are in good hands and yet I have to do their job staying in contact with the adjuster and rental company let alone the auto body that is an all state auto body doesn’t let us know what’s going on poor service is how I feel in the claims / adjuster department also the agency doesn’t return calls
I think I could probably get cheaper good quality insurance elsewhere if I worked on it, but I have never gotten better service. (We are in our late 60s, so that is a lot of years, locations, and companies!) Proactive info is super, thorough explanations of coverages/perils, and very responsive when I have a question; overall just great to deal with!
I had an accident somebody hit me and it took him forever to get my truck fixed and working with them I wasn't too happy with your claims department and also at a difficult time to get my insurance on my policy right because they did not give me a rental like I asked on my policy because they forgot to write it in my policy and that did not make no sense have a 2008 insured on a policy and not a 2010 on a policy that did not make no sense at all that's how professional they were and later on I had to go in to make sure I have that on my rentals on a 2010 and also update some of my policy if they did not go over with before I let that office I made sure I was insured and everything I wanted

If this is referring to a car accident I was in February 2016, I am happy with the ultimate outcome. Although at firs the teceptionish who initially talked with me about receiving Medpay didn't know what that was and I had to have the doctors billing specialist call her to explain that my rates shouldn't go up while using it. Since your stepping into the office things seem to be going smoothly for us a fad our insurance needs with Allstate. Thank you.
This agency is the best! I know nothing about insurance and the agent, Jacob, explained everything in terms I could understand. This process was fast, painless, and Jacob made sure I was getting the best coverage and price possible. All of the agents were friendly and made what is normally a stressful process stress free. 10/10 recommend for all of your insurance needs.

The experience has been great so far. While shopping around for home insurance Chris reached out to me. I know have home insurance as well as auto insurance for both my wife and I. More than likely a life insurance policy will be following soon. It's nice to have a personable agent who you can speak to directly! Those two things go along ways!
I have been with Allstate since 1986. In the last year I have been very dissatisfied. For one, no one responds to my phone calls. I have asked several times about why my rates have gone up. Additionally the receptionist at Allstate was very authoritative. I do not need that kind of service. So in all, I feel that ever since my last Allstate agent retired, Allstate has not been the same for me. This also includes my family. My daughter switched over to Geico. My son also has left Allstate.
Service started with internet response to a request for quote. Service from your office is great and the rates are okay. The info coming direct from Allstate and the invoices are confusing. Example is that I have direct payment from my credit card, but the Allstate invoice does not say that. I have it under control not, so no help required.
They're an incredibly personable agency and seem to know exactly what they're talking about! There has not been a time that I go in and the agent it not there. Even when he's not available, if he's on the phone for example, the rest of the team is ready and willing to help! Would 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this agency.
