Club Service | Tucson AZ Roadside Assistance

I cannot begin to tell you the amazing service I received from Bill! He went above and beyond to make sure that my boyfriend and I were completely taken care of and got everything we needed. We headed over to Tucson from Phoenix early Saturday (Feb 16th) and decided to drive back to Phoenix at 8 p.m. The front passenger tire went flat on the bridge of Craycroft Rd. I decided to call Roadside once I saw our spare was flat. I called Bill around 9 p.m. and he answered immediately. I let him know our situation and he asked for the tire size, well I didn't have that at the time so I told him that I would call him back. It took me a minute to get back to the car, as we were a ways away. After about 15 minutes, Bill called back to see if I was able to get the tire size, I gave him the info, he said he would call right back. He definitely did. He called me back each time he had an update. When he couldn't find my tire size at one place, he would call me back to give me the news and let me know who he was calling next. He went to a business partners junk yard to find a tire, but no luck. He knows the owner of a towing company and asked if I'd like to get the vehicle towed to a hotel for the night since nothing was open (it was about 11 pm at this point) and I decided to do so. Bill had a driver dispatched by the name of Brad. What a help he was as well. Bill called me once Brad got to us and wanted to make sure everything went well. Brad took us to 6 different hotels to find a room (since the Gem and Mineral show booked up every room in Tucson). Luckily we were finally able to find something! (it was about 1:45 by this time) Brad came to pick us up in the morning and take us to Pepe and Sons Tire Shop at no extra charge! They got our car taken care of in about 15 minutes! While we were getting our tires changed, I got a text from Bill to let me know that Sam's Club was open and had tires available. I let him know that we ended up at Pepe's and was able to get 2 used tires in amazing condition for $60. I am so thankful for the help and kindness that Brad and Bill provided. I definitely recommend calling them if you are in need for some roadside assistance. Bill will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

There is nothing worst then going to the zoo on date night on a Sunday and coming back with a flat tire. We tried calling everyone but it was a Sunday not to many places where open, and we had to drive back home which was hour away. We tried asking for a jack but no one would help. My boyfriend gave me a number to Club Service. He was quick, very nice and fun to talk to. He got it done in minutes, I would recommend Club Service to everyone. Thank you again

My SUV wouldn't start when I finished food shopping. It got me there so what the heck happened? I had a pen that someone gave me that bad Club Services number so I called them. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and courteous. He arrived within the time frame he gave me. He was clean cut (some of these roadside service guys look like their homeless), very polite, and had my truck running in no time! He told me what he thought the problem was and when I took it in, that's what the problem was. If I need roadside service again I will definitely use Club Service.

Ran out if gas just north of Tuscan. Called club services. They were there promptly. Brought enough gas to get me to the gas station. Thanks club service. Will call u again.

Unfortunately in my life i got the best of all hell. Flat tire and dead battery go figure. Story of my life.bill weaver was the one that helped me. What a cool guy. called in he was there in 15 minutes took care of my car and very pleasant young man. Here in the future i will always use this service thanks bill. You are awesome.
