
I have had Allstate for many years. When someone broke my car window they sent someone the same day to fix it on site. Exceptional service. And my homeowners is great. Whenever I have someone that is uninvited come out and tell me I need a new roof, etc., I just call Allstate and they send an adjustor to tell me if this is true or not. This happened last year. I did not let the guy on my roof but he insisted I needed a new roof even though mine was only 7 or 8 years old. Just to make certain I called and my Allstate adjustor happily came out and inspected the roof and took pics to show me and reassured me all was fine. It is such a relief to have a company I can trust.

I had the best ever insurance experiences with Allstate. Recently my car was hit in parking lot and driver left the scene. The process of filing my claim online was simple. I chose the company for repairs. The company called in about an hour to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile Allstate was calling to notify me that my deduction could be less. Instead of $500 I paid $250. Rental car, etc. The entire process was quite refreshing.

Not good at all you would expect that after so many years with all state they will care about your business with them but they dont. I was trying to get a quote for my dougther who turn 18 and the lady who answer the phone told me you dont have to include your dougther in your insurance just make sure she drives safely. Thats why I left because that was very wrong. I would not recomend this insurance to no one way to expensive and they dont care about you. Thankfully I found a diferent one and Im very happy.

You have some very helpful employees. There was a paperwork error with my auto policy, and the home office was set to notify me that my policy would be canceled. Ms. Peggy Pyle and another young lady, whose name I cannot remember, worked diligently with the home office to get the mistake corrected, and then the young lady called me to let me know what had happened and advised that I might receive a cancellation notice. She explained what had occurred and told me to disregard any cancellation letter. Both ladies are very pleasant and helpful and represent your agency well. I am completely satisfied with my experiences with Tim Cole Allstate Insurance Agency.

I have been an Allstate client from1959--I have always been satisfied with their response to my needs. This has been particularly satisfying under the agency of Steve Bluestein and now with Tim Cole. We all know that People make the difference not the policy. I have always received an answer to my questions with language that I understand, have never been rushed off the phone because of sharing my opinion, and to my satisfaction received complete and accurate information. If their was ever a doubt I received a call back to follow up. I do like the yearly follow-up of my policies, I don't always like the results but then their is Policy. Thanks to ALL for the personal touch.

It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support LAURA IS that person for Allstate Insurance. About three years ago I had a car accident and Laura with allstate insurance was right there for me. She guided me each step of the way, most of all she listen to me when I need to vent on the person who side swiped my vehicle. I have been with Allstate for over seventeen years and it is a great company.

Over a year ago I changed some parameters on my auto policy. Monica was professional, cordial and knowledgeable and was able to retain me as a customer. I was really impressed with her hand-written thank you note which I obviously remember to this day. No other need to contact the agency, but I feel confident that my needs will meet or exceed my expectations. Marketing programs are quite well done, HOWEVER, the frequent requests for feedback and/or surveys are excessive and burdensome, a negative not a positive. Perhaps cut back to no more than once a year??!! Thank you for your concern and consideration.
