“On May 11th I met with the supervisor and a personal care provider. I signed all of the paperwork to start in home care May the 25th. I even had my case manager send them the authorization to start work with me. Everything was all set up to start. I even had the executive director Teresa email me that were good to go on May 25th back on May 20th. But I get a phone call on May 25 at 11:33 AM stating "we don't have the care provider for you sorry". ”
