Cook Brothers Heating & Cooling

After spending lots of time around these people, they have now shown that they do NOT understand good customer service (from me to them) and are very unprofessional.

We Moved into our new home last year and Winter time came around we went to crank the heat up but there was no Heat!!! We have 4 young children and that's not acceptable at 10 degrees outside, We panicked a little bit but called a friend and they referred us To Gerry Cook the owner of Cook brothers, He sent his team out immediately and got us running again ..... I have never felt more comfortable in my life dealing with A heating and air business then withs Cook brothers ..... there price was great and the service is UNTOUCHABLE .... I'm in the retail business so it's easy for me to give a bad grade when dealing with other businesses but if I could give cook brothers a TEN I would ..... I highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Gerry!!!

We were without heat over the weekend and I appreciate the extra effort to get my furnace going quickly. Have used Gerry for years and have been happy with the prompt attention and quality work.

This is a GREAT company! They just completely redid the A/C in the 90 year old building that I work in. The fit and finish is amazing and the office is now cooler than ever. It was really nice to see the actual company owner come on site a few times and check with the office tenants before and after about any issues that we might have had. I highly recommend these guys!

When I called Cook Brother's to come out to see what was wrong with my AC they were on time and professional. They told me what was wrong, fixed my problem at that time and did not pressure me into something I couldn't afford. I will be calling Cook Brother's for any future needs. Thank you.
