I've had nothing but good experiences with Dan Wakin and will continue to use him even though I live in Odessa, TX, about 5 hours away.. That must say something !!
Your agency is great, it's Allstate I don't care for and they way they handled my roof repairs after having severe wind damage. It took forever and I was only able to get a few shingles replaced while all my neighbor's were getting new roofs.

Friendly, efficient,quick. My only disappointment is my rental allowance after a fender bender, was $25 and did not include tax.

Mr Wakin's office jas been a great assistance with any questions I have had. They have greatly helped when the Claims Department hasn't informed me of the status of a motor vehicle claim.

If I could find a State Farm or Farmers or anyone else who would write the same policies I have with Allstate, I would leave Allstate in a heartbeat and so would all of my relatives. Allstate is as crooked as they come, but my policies are so old that no one else can write them nowadays. One case, Allstate and Dan Wakin screwed my mother out of a roof when she had undeniable hail damage, inside and out. They blamed it on those unknowable/shifting/mystery number things that they use - significant hail hits per square. And when my local agent retired, who I had a 25 year relationship with and who was only 6 blocks away, my account was given to an agent who is 16 MILES away. I'll never have a relationship with my current agent, and that's probably the way Allstate wants it. There will be a special place in the after-life for those who prey on people's fear of property damage and then don't payoff when the time comes. Shame.
