Terrible. Allstate wouldn’t provide me with proof of my insurance when I got in an out of state accident. Because they would not provide me with the information I need I ended up having to pay $500 dollars and get a new insurance company (Geico who provided the proof I needed in about 30 seconds) to continue to drive in florida (state the accident was in) I was there training for my job. I don’t understand how a company would not be able to provide proof of the coverage I have, and have had for many years. Don’t do business with this company. Also the receptionist at the Daniel Ross branch was rude. And Daniel Ross my agent never even took the time to talk to me the only person I could get was the receptionist. A joke of a company and branch. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, if you care about service

We have been customers of Allstate for 2 decades but just cancelled all our policies. You can thank Bob -- and his insistent request for personally identifiable information for an adult female that is not your customer. He said it is policy. When my older sons moved out, noone asked for any information about where they moved, or insurance information from another company. My daughter moved out, she no longer drives. As with most urban millenials, she may not even own a car for years. We are saving $1200 per year in premium cost overall, so in the end happy I looked around.
I'm starting to look into a new agent. Not happy at all with the experiences my husband and I had. Every time we try to get a hold of our agent, he is never there. The man we spoke to for a quote for our camper never called us back. Then I called and told him he never did and argued with me that he did. We've had all State for many many years and I'm extremely disappointed.
Amanda, Stephany and Sabrina have been truly invaluable help to me with my insurance needs both Auto And my home... Even helping my son get coverage on his new motorcycle, even though it was with a different agency. I'm sure they didn't get a commission on that one, but none the less their service was something he needed, and they did it for him anyway... Now THAT'S service!
Was with Allstate for many years and moved to State Farm for a few years, which proved to be a disappointment - Stephany at Dan Ross's agency has been nothing but pleasant, patient, diligent and competent in getting me moved back to Allstate. So far I'm happy with the customer service and the technology -website, phone app , etc.
For starters, Stephany has always been so caring and professional and efficient...she has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Really, everyone we have worked with in this small office has been wonderful. We have been with Allstate for 20+ years ...for all of our insurance needs. We had a terrible experience with another local Allstate agency years ago and switched to Daniel Ross' office and have been very pleased with their customer service. They truly go above and beyond! I do feel in "good hands" with this office . Well done, Daniel Ross.
Just a few lines to let everyone know that Allstate is the best Insurance Company u could ever have they r professional but friendly, they get things done quickly, but They are not pushy. I really love there service! and everyone in there office are so Nice and helpful!!!!............ Dolores Aleman- Ogburn
Called the main Allstate phone number, and was not able to cancel my policy. That to me is very odd. Contacted my local agent, left a detailed voicemail. My phone call was never returned and my checking account was charged again the following week. I had to call again, this time a representative picked up, Rebecca (the same person that I left a message to the previous week) she was kind and understanding, however the fact that she never returned my phone call when you know she listened to the voicemail as it had been a week, and that I had to call multiple times because I was still getting charged for a policy on a car I don't have is more then enough of a headache of display of unprofessional I would never give my busssiness to Allstate again.
I had been interacting with Greg Puka for a couple of years and things were going fine. Greg disappeared, and now I've talked only once with Amanda Martinez. She seems very nice, she was most helpful and I'm sure things will be fine going forward. My premium however is slowly increasing, as it does with all companies, even though I've cost you nothing.
I switched to you because my last agent was incredibly unresponsive. I've yet to receive any sort of communication from you which is very strange to me since I am a new customer. I would at least want some sort of acknowledgement or maybe a request to review my policies. I thought the benefit of having an agent would be better customer service but so far it's been complete silence. It makes me very nervous for how service would be if I had to file a claim. I want an insurance company that I know I can depend on and one that won't raise my rates with no explanation.
