My Wife and I purchased a home that was serviced by Deltona Exterminating. After being in the home for a year we continued with their service and continually found bugs in one area of our home. After repeated calls and having them come out, they continually stated that there were simply ants entering our home and they used gel around electrical sockets. After a full year of service, one night my wife came home to a swarm of subterranean termites in this area of our home. The next day we called a reputable well known termite / pest control company and they confirmed that they were termites all along. We are now attempting to sell our home and having problems with the buyers getting approved. This company also did our home inspection prior to the purchase and failed to report the pre-existing termite damage prior to us purchasing. Deltona exterminators is also DBA "AJ's Home Inspections". Do not utilize either of their services!

This business is a joke! I had them come over because they are the pest control that my landlord uses. They came out the first time and charged me $75 for the service. The technician didn't even spray in all the rooms and told me not to bomb or spray anything because it would counteract with what they sprayed. He told me to call in a few days to schedule a follow up. I called and got a voicemail. (which is all I ever got when I called) It wasn't until a week later that they finally called back to schedule. On the day they were supposed to come out I rushed home and waited.... They never called or showed! I contacted them to reschedule because I understand things happen. Again they did not bother to call or show up at all!! I only gave them one star because I had to. Don't waste your time with this business!!!!

John is an exceptional young man, honest and hard working. We have known John for many years and have used his services quite often, both pest control and lawn care. When called he returns call, and comes when he says is going to be there. His work ethic is also exceptional, and if you have problems or issues he returns until you are satisfied.

Pretty Disorganized, and the home office appointment women is rude

I really like the fact that they are afamily owned business.They finished their work in a very timely manner. And their prices are affordable. They explained to me what needed to be done in a way I understood.

There employees actually care more about the pet than the owner, as silly as that sounds. They are very consistant and compassionate about there business and customers human and furry. Great Shop.

I was always skeptical about groomers, this groomer is straight forward and caring of his clients. Consistency, openess of shop, and informative people are why I will always patronize this shop

John Mackrodt , the owner of Deltona Exterminating, was the fellow that came out and was able to take care of my carpenter ants after 3 other companys could not. I highly recommend this company... Thanks again John for a job well done.
