This guy should be in jail. He steals from his customers and stalks women. Stay very far away. I have had to hire an attorney and enlist the help of the police to get him off my property. Now he will not return our money ($5000) or our house key or plot plan. The work he does is not only of the poorest quality it's actually dangerous. His license will likely soon be revoked. In the meantime he has a reputation in the community for being a liar and theft so just ask around.
