Basil's Kitchen @ Hilton! Happy Hour: Mon-Sun, 4-6pm - @ Hilton Bellevue – Most people rave about the breakfast, the happy hour is decent and not as crowded as other places. The staff Is friendly, and the food looked good, even though I didn’t order any!
