This office has historically been wonderful. Both Duane and his staff are kind and courteous and have gone above and beyond when I have had questions. My lower rating comes specifically from my experience of AllState past this office. I wouldn't recommend AllState to an enemy at this point. The "good hands" you are in are good at taking your money while offering little to no help hands. I've got a claim that has been open nearly a year and a broken window to match with no resolution. Thank goodness I didn't just fix it on my own though because after months of sending in photos, estimates, and finally hiring a public adjuster they then decided that the issue with the claim was that they needed their own representative to assess the damage. (Which I had been requesting the entire time and told that was only for commercial accounts). So, yes this office is wonderful but I simply can't say that balances the inability to use what you expect to protect you.

I am extremely pleased with the service I've received from Mr. Hall and Allstate. Mr. Hall has been outstanding with his personal, and rare, one on one approach to me as a customer which I appreciate very much. As long as Allstate offers great coverage, at a rate that I can afford, I wouldn't think of getting my insurance any where else.
