Me, my sister,and a couple of our friends who came with all had a chance to witness the service here. Ok so we got a bad tire from here but it was unknown and after we came back and let them know, they fully refunded our money and let us keep the tire so we could go in search for another tire. They also apologized for the inconvenience and were not rude about the refund or anything else in any way. I plan on doing more business with them in the future as does my family and friends and I will refer others as well. They are nice guys in general. **This has nothing to do with the review but I seen one guy with a man bun carry four tires at the same time like it was nothing. Me and my sister both got a kick out of that. I didn't get his name .**

Nice and great people to work with they installed my new transmission and multiple sensors on my v.w passat. Talk to Brian he is there master tech CERTIFIED with Volkswagen and also great with German cars. I will be bringing in my BMW 745 this week for work s well!! Thanks guys great price as well. My review is based purely off of my experience here. I am a young mother basically just trying to get by with what i have. Everything auto literally saved me. I was stuck on the side of the highway in Mesa and they told me my tow would be free because they would be fixing my car. The people here are extremely knowledgeable and seriously went above and beyond to help me tow and fix my car. I was in and out of there as soon as they found and fixed the problem. I am extremely thankful for them helping me physically and financially, they worked with what I had and I've never been to a shop that was willing to help me as much as they did. Thanks again everything auto, I can guarantee I will be back in the future for ANY of my auto needs! 😀

I am the owner of a Volkswagen Jetta. My car was towed to the shop at the beginning of September and I was told that they were working on it. I kept in touch with the mechanic that was working on my vehicle . At the end of October a man named Dia called me and said that he fired the mechanic that was working on my car and he didn't have much faith that the mechanic was knowledgeable with fixing my car. He said there was no work order. So I told him what was going on with my vehicle then he said he will put a work order in the next day and look at it himself. The day goes by and I'm calling him and he's not answering his phone. I leave voicemails and nothing. So I headed up to the shop and two mechanics were there, they explained to me that the owner is not there. One of the mechanics told me that he just got hired that day so he had no clue what was going on. At this point I lost all faith in the shop and got my vehicle towed to another company. Today (2 weeks later from leaving voicemails for the owner) I got two phone calls from him asking to delete my review. The mechanic that was hired by this company, if the owner didn't think he was capable of doing his job then he should have hired him in the first place. It's not the customer's fault. As for the reply that my vehicle was running when it left the shop. You told me you got hired that day so how do you know anything. Actually it was running when it was towed to the shop. You didn't even know what was going on with the vehicle. I was a customer that wasn't happy with how my situation was handled so I got my car towed. I'm now getting threatening messages from the owner Dia Abdelhakim, because I didn't agree to take my review down. Please be smart and do not take your vehicle here.

Wonderful staff, Diaa went out of his way to help me travel safe. I needed 2 tires but only could come up with a portion due to funds my night could of ended with a accident and stranded but thanks to the good hearted people at everything auto, my night will end safe. I am not a person use to needing help but my luck hasn't been good it was much needed and appreciated

This place took really good care of my car. The owner Dave gave me different options to fix my car. I was in and out in no time. The shop owner is honest, I needed tires, he found used tires that had 90% tread on them, Basically new for $25 a tire I only needed two. But the price was so good I just bought all four for $100. That saves me about $700. Unbelievable service. This is the best place to take a car for repair.
