I have worked with Fran for going on 3 years at Borg Warner. I lead an ISO14001 and TS16949 team that conducts daily audits throughout the facility/campus, which includes discussing operations & functions with employees. Fran is primarily responsible for taking notes of what she sees and learns on the production floor, noting any deficiencies against the standards and working on resolutions. Her unique skill for auditing and detailed note taking have built our systems to a level of second to none.
