“I was solicited by someone at your agency concerning switching to Allstate to save $. Switching my auto insurance to Allstate proved to be such a hassle and inconvenience, multiple information needed, multiple emails back and forth answering questions etc. etc. that it did not justify the small dollar premium savings. At this point I am not sure that their has been any dollar saving resulted from the change over. Also I am still not sure I have the proper coverage on my 2001 Lexus RX300 and the difficulty in getting an accurate answer that I can trust seems daunting. I was given conflicting information at different times about this coverage. This should not have been this difficult.”

“My husband just left this place there is still dirt all over the car. My 14 year old daughter could be done better then this. Dirt still on the mirror, the wheels, the windows still have droplets of water all over them. Super disappointed!!! ”
