I'd met Frank L. Simola, Jr. some twenty-five years ago but it was not until last year that I became an Allstate policyholder. I received a substantial increase in homeowners coverage from my then current carrier and decided to call on Frank, with whom I'd not spoken in about ten years, to see if he might be able to reduce my insurance expense. Allstate did offer coverage at a substantial savings. Some months later I needed servicing on a life insurance policy taken out in 1968 (yes, 50 years ago), and though Frank did not stand to earn any significant compensation, he went out of his way to be of service to me. I would encourage others not to seek out Frank for Allstate coverage, but because he is a hard working and trust worthy individual who'll go the extra mile to be of service.
Frank, we just paid over $2100 for insurance that used to cost $800 and I open my computer to read this: “Laura Ingraham’s comments about David Hogg were inconsistent with our values,” the memo read. “Allstate believes in youth empowerment and last year helped 5 million youth find their voices and take action to make the world better. I had an issue with a windshield claim. I got nothing but a hard time. I then tried contacting your office. The person from your office told me to call it in. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. When I tried to call it in I got overwhelmingly ****** people who said that they can't payout an invoice only a receipt. Dispite years of the very same service and same invoicing I got nowhere. A person from your offic just droppped the matter alltogehter.
I like the fact that mostly everything is communicated through email and the computer. However, if I do need to speak to someone the office is only a call away and has always been there to help me if needed. There is no pressure to buy other insurance but they do ask via: email, mailings, and over the phone when I call. So I would say the office I deal with does a really good job for me. Thank you.
Allstate canceled my insurance while I was on an extended stay in a VA hospital. When I went to reinstate the policy I had to take a substantial premium increase! My parents and I have been with Allstate for over 50 years. When I turned 16 and learned to drive I had Allstate. When I was in the Army I went with USAA as Allstate did not cover overseas. When I came home I dropped USAA and went right back to Allstate. You would think "the good hands" people would cut a disabled veteran some slack?
Mike Smalla has been my agent since I started with Allstate approximately 2.5 years ago and he has been fantastic. It's comforting to feel as if I can email a friend any of my insurance questions and he always responds quickly with an answer. I've had a great experience with Allstate, but primarily because of Mike.
1)My insurance card showed a wrong VIN#, I called your office and was able to get it fixed right away which I was very happy, but the correct one never came in the mail. 2)I have been with your company since the beginning of this year. Many times my questions have been answered promptly. Thanks to Mike Smalla. 3)Your reward to good driver was mentioned to me at first. It would be good to have follow up information or notification if the reward is applied.
