I have had insurance with them about a year now. I enjoy them a lot. Always there when I have a question. However, the rude lady at the front desk should learn not to call people from their work phone and call them an idiot! I do not appreciate this ignorant lady calling me and telling me I'm an idiot. Especially since I have insurance thru them. I am now rethinking about staying with them.
The mobile app was not very user friendly. It was not able to pull up my account. I went ahead and scheduled road side assistance thru the app and input my credit card info thinking it would get straightened out in the end. It didn't. The two overlapped and I paid the tower as well as AllState ($149.00) Not happy about this.
I love having my Auto Insurance with Freddy at Allstate Goines Agency. Every time I call the office, I'm always promptly answered. One of the staff answers my questions and takes care of my concerns. If they don't know the answer off hand, they are honest people, and don't try to lie about it, beat around the bush AND mess up my policy! They simply say, "I don't know, BUT I WILL get back with you on that!" They research it, and get back with me on an answer as quickly as possible! Ruby tries to lower my rates any way he can by keeping an eye on my policies. I know when it comes time for an insurance review, I can expect a phone call asking me to schedule an appointment with her or simply go over it on the phone, if I do not have time to visit face face. She reviews my policy and asks for any changes. She checks to see if rates have lowered for me! To me, that is SUPER service you can't find anywhere else! She also sends very sweet, HANDWRITTEN birthday cards to customers. Freddy calls periodically asking to add new types of policies. He always tells me it could save me money in the long haul. He paints the entire picture. I have the final word, as I am "The Boss." I love this!
Everyone I enter into the building, I'm greeted with a good attitude from everyone who's in there. If I have any questions, I don't hesitate to call and my questions are always answered. If it isn't, my agent makes sure to contact someone that can help him to answer my questions if he can't answer them.
