Our experience has been a very good one; there are representatives, like Tami, who will take the time to help us make the very best choices on our policies, and, we are always made to feel like valued customers when dealing with any representative in the office.
I just read a review on Google for George Mautz insurance and was frankly a bit surprised. My sister had insurance through this company and after she passed on, they were incredibly helpful transitioning everything over to another account. I understand no one is perfect, but the review I read was not in keeping with the way my family has been treated. They have been nothing but helpful. Take that for what it is worth, but do not dismiss them for that one bad review.
They have called me 15 times a day, no exaggeration, EVERY DAY for 6 months. I changed my number and they still call. They have armed me with enough evidence many times over to sue for harassment. They are trying to give me a free estimate for insurance. I have told them multiple times I am NOT interested and to stop calling. What makes these people think I'd want to do business with someone who can't listen? Horrible and very dissatisfied. 15 times today already and its only 8:36am.
