Couldn't be more pleased. We had $9000 damage to our house from the first nor'easter. The quickness and efficiency in which Allstate handled our claim made a strenuous period easy to endure. The settlement was more than adequate. Allstate obviously put our satisfaction above trying to save every dollar possible.

I talked to Sarah Browne and met the adjuster Lisa but had a hard time getting a call back as to the approval of the claims. All my estimates were approved and the work has been done and I am happy to get my house back in order. Allstate has never let me down.

The price is too high for no reason . I check the price of parts and it is cheap.they put after market parts on the car and the insurance. Company take full avange of it.and have to many hidden chargers the u hold back from the public .

Right there in touch . any problems we can discuss it no one likes to go from place to place to ****....

Three times I have ask for help for a problem at our house over the years and 3 times the agent said--- can't help you. One time he said it probably was neighbor kids that caused our problem and Allstate doesn't cover that--this was about 10 years ago. You hike up your prices every 6 months and unless you remember to buy certain parts of a policy--that's not covered. I am seriously thinking of changing companies.
