Extremely nice guy. But I should have left when I saw the disorganized lobby. I went there to save a buck and the environment by having an older product fixed rather than spending money on a new one. To my dismay it was way more expensive to fix my product. With the money he would have charged me I could have bought a brand new product with an extended warranty and still have change left over. Now I'm out a $15 assessment fee. Don't expect punctuality to be a plus.
I suggest you go to someone else and save yourself the headache. I called this place to fix my TV when it went out right before thanksgiving.
