The tech Justin was so polite and professional. Called me up while on his way to my house. Called me up to inform me he's at the front of my house. Informed me about his findings and the fix with no jargon. Got my AC units working properly again within the promised time. And no other "you need this and that"! Good costumer service! Thank you!
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, LET ME WARN YOU. I spoke with a lady I believe her name was Tana? I was reassured that they were the right choice to do the job out here in the valley even if it was a higher price they asked for. Well not only let my words speak but also photo evidence. They came out at around 10AM to start and dragged on until 7PM to install a whole new AC system! I heard a lot of noise coming from upstairs so I went ahead and took a peek. Just to find out that they had gotten part of the furnace stuck going into the attic access!! Yes they fully installed it but they damaged my wall, wood and even chipped the paint in certain areas! After speaking with a man that resembled more vulture than human, I was told that they would not be paying me back or reducing the pricing for the damages. I did not pay this company to add on more bills into my wallet! Overpriced and amateur company!

I had the misfortune of both AC units failing numerous times over the period of 3 weeks during relentless, punishing 116 degree temps and Adrian and Gold Metal made it happen every time. They were amazing to deal with and so helpful!! Both units are working beautifully and Adrian's customer service could not be better. He is the AC guru. SO APPRECIATIVE!!!
After dealing with Ideal Services (which suck by the way) I had to have another company come back out to fix what Ideal didn't. I had a company called Gold Medal come out, and the tech they sent was named Kellan, this guy is top notch, I haven't seen professionalism like this in years, he treated us like we were the only ones he had scheduled for the day not to mention he was there within hours of us calling. Kellan went above and beyond for us and we haven't had a problem since. Keep up the great work Kellan and thanks again.
Excellent customer service and trustworthy!! We called several other companies before finding out about Gold Metal and they all quoted us extremely unfair and unrealistic. Gold Metal came to our home and went above and beyond to repair and gain our trust after we had been taken advantage of. Their prices are fair, their technicians were knowledgeable, and the services were impeccable!! Thank you Gold Metal!!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have 1 lady answering the phone and she is very rude. When it comes to HVAC during a heat wave, everyone wants results. This company does not give that. This company will only do things on their time. I asked to get on schedule for my tenant and she said she will call us when she has the time to get us on schedule. I told her I will call her back to follow up and she said in a rude manner " Umm OK I said I would get you on the schedule and ILL call you" This is so unprofessional. At least I know that I can avoid using them and letting the social media be my voice to you all as well as letting the Home warranty know. Tamara I think her name was. I would suggest using another company if possible.
This bronze medal service company is a joke. The guy who came over to my house talked my ear off for half an hour about information I never asked about, finally he got down to work. Just to excuse himself 10 minutes later for a phone call he had to make. Which took him ANOTHER 30 minutes. I have things to do during my day than sit around waiting for a guy im paying to fix my air conditioner. Don't even get me started on the prices they gave me plus extra cost for labor time!! Why would I pay for an extra hour of work you used up by talking on the phone?! Do yourself a favor and don't call this company.
Absolutely amazing!!! I called them after another A/C company refused to fix my 20 year old ac and said it needed to be replaced. All of the staff was wonderful from scheduling to the tech who arrived when he said he would unlike a competitor. They were sweet enough to waive the diagnostics and only charged me for parts and labor. In a matter of what seemed minutes this single mom with two children and an elderly mother were back to cool conditions! Thank You Gold Medal!!!!!
No one ever answers the phone and when they finally did 3 calls later they didn't sound knowledgeable at all .... I went to Larson Air instead they did a great job for me and my wife .... Golden Medal Air is a joke call Larson Air they will help you with all your heating and air problems
So i turned on my A/C for the first time the other day and if course it didn't work. Thank goodness it hasn't actually been hot yet. Anyway, a friend of mine recommended John from Gold Medal. He sent a guy out who arrived in about 2 hours and he fixed my system within another 2 hours. I think his name was Kellan. So 4 hours total and I was in business. Thank you for being so friendly, fast and efficient. I will definitely pass on the recommendation :)
