Greg White has been my agent for over 10 years and has never hesitated in helping me with my insurance needs, questions or changes. He and his assistants are professional and friendly. It is a joy working with this team.

Everyone in the office are really rude.They don't know how to talk to customers or how to properly file your insurance.Beware if you have a policy with them,they will tell you that you are set up and next thing you know you don't even have a policy.

THE WORST INSURANCE AGENCY EVER! EMPLOYEES AND AGENT ARE REALLY RUDE.AFTER THEY GET YOUR BUSINESS THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF YOU.OUR POLICY GOT CANCELLED AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN INFORM US AFTER THEY ASKED FOR OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION "TO RENEW OUR POLICY" I HAD TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER EVEN SET IT UP NOR BOTHERED TO CALL US TO INFORM US.IF YOU WANT AN AGENT WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SET YOU UP THAN YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.

We have had issues with our policies. The girl we talked to was on the wrong account and was suppose to get back with us, because our auto pay did not go through and they were threatening to cancel us after many year s with your agency we have not heard from her. My son had a Jeep in storage and it was the policy suppose to have cancelled last January. It was not and she wanted a bill of sale to refund the money he was paying on the jeep! I'm not sure we have these issues resolved yet.

I was highly uneasy with the claim situation. Once explained I accepted what I had no control over.

The only claim we have had with Allstate is for a new roof a couple of years ago. The claim was handled expeditiously and very professional. We are very pleased with Allstate and would recommend them any time. We have both auto and home and are pleased with the coverage and premiums.

As a longtime (58 years) client of Allstate Insurance for multiple policies, I have obviously been very pleased with my association with Allstate. My agent, Greg White, is very knowledgeable and efficient. He takes the necessary time and is very thorough in his explanations of changes in my policies. I am very comfortable with my insurance coverage. Yes, "You are in good hands" with Allstate.

For my recent car experience your service was great! For the roofing situation that I just went through - again - I could not be more disappointed. I will not recommend Allstate to anyone in my family or circle of friends. When your home office contacted me about the roof, they made it seem like they wanted to resolve this for me - but again I got run around and now they are saying I need to open a brand new claim. I don't have time for these games your corporate team plays. I cannot recall the last time I was more disappointed in a company that I pay thousands of dollars to per year.

Greg white and his staff have taken care of me and my family for many yrs. He is the consummate professional and yet, understanding of individual needs and circumstances. He has been there for us through mishaps in the home (water heater flooded the home), teen drivers (!) and loss of family members, and has handled our accounts with care, compassion, and efficiency. He’s quick to offer ideas for changes in coverage that will benefit an ever changing lifestyle, but not break the bank. I always feel confident that my family has the coverage we need in all areas, and will not be caught unprepared for life’s challenges.

I have unsubscribed from this agency at least 5 times for emails. I have unsubscribed to STOP soliciting. I lived in Houston 3 years ago. I have lived in Virginia since 2015. I did start a homeowners policy. I believe their were problems that occurred when policy was started. An error a cancellation at the beginning of policy, a rewrite. I was concerned because of such a new loan. I called and cancelled. I CANNOT RECALL WHO I SPOKE WITH. This was of great concern in reply. I notified the agency personally by phone. So my review is based on how the agency's staffers are unable to fulfill a simple request. Therefore, I would not give my insurance to this agent. I couldn't he cant write policies in Virginia. So I dont inderstand the emails to start a policy? I have worked for State Farm as a licensed Fire, Auto,Health and Life Insurance. This review has been edited. But please ŔEAD the rant I received . I remember it to be accurate. So please send another rant.

I have been with Greg White for many years and I love it. The rates are very reasonable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are on top of everything and have always been available for any questions I've had. They truly care about their clients and have always gone the extra mile. They even send me a birthday card every year and I get a magnetized calendar for my fridge which I've come to highly depend on. I am more than satisfied with this insurance company.

I have been with All State for some years now and really like them and have no problems with them My only regret is that I am 74 and have a lot of sickness within my family at this time and I do not have a working printer, so I a.ways had to remember when I need .copies of my auto insurance . I always have to call them for copies. I would have given a 5 star , because of this of this issue, I cannot give a 5 star. Also I see the advertisement concerning ..no deductible if one keep a clean driving record, but I have not received any information regarding this matter.

Don't waste your time calling this insurance agent the person who answers the phone is a clear example why participation trophies dont work. I told her that the last agency i called was so focused on just selling and didnt care about me so i would like to talk directly with an agent. She then proceeded to go on and on about this is an insurance agency and not a sales store.

My recent search for a new insurance agency led me to Greg White's Allstate Ins. Agency. From the minute I walked through the door I was met by friendly employees genuinely interested in helping me find the insurance I was interested in. Sharla was very knowledgeable in what policies and endorsements that were available to me and my particular situation and answered all of my questions in a way that put me at complete ease. I left, with new policies in hand, completely satisfied with the experience and professionalism displayed by everyone I came into contact with in the agency.

I am so happy having just changed from Liberty Mutual because our rates for home and auto were RIDICULOUS!! I have not met Greg, but Sharla Pavle was wonderful when I called and asked a million questions! I made up my mind that same day but had to speak with my husband out of courtesy- haha, although I knew Sharla was my girl! I am extremely happy I contacted Allstate! And they have life insurance too! This was probably the easiest decision I have made this year!

Mr. Greg & his team has always been beyond helpful to me. They are always available whenever needed and ready for solutions to any problem. Super satisfied and no second thoughts whenever it comes to them, I trust them 100% & love how caring they are.

Terrible company. I have Geico and was rear ended on 4/21/18 by a vehicle with Allstate insurance. I submitted claim to Allstate and took pics within 24 hrs. I was contacted by adjuster on 4/23/18 and never heard anything else. I called 4/27/18 to f/u and never received a return call. I called again 5/3/18 and spoke to adjuster Christina Villavaso and was treated terrible. She was rude and condescending, I left message for her supervisor Sherry around 2pm and although voicemail reports she will return call by close of business she does not. I called the 1800 allstate number to report and they directed me back to the supervisor at the office. I have never had this experience with Geico. I would definitely choose Geico over Allstate is you need insurance .

I never thought I would review an agent... this man is amazing. Sadly, I work with a different agent, and I called here by mistake to complain about all of the errors... Will fixed all of my problems.. and told me about discounts my agent did not! Not all All state agents are the same... CALL THEM!!!!! I PROMISE you'll be better off than calling elsewhere. I am planning to get home insurance through this agent... and I had almost left All state the day I found this place. I still may leave the auto, just to get rid of my terrible agebt... but I will sign up for home with this place first. He saved me a fortune, and corrected all of my issues in just minutes. I wish every agent was like this.

Fantastic response on my recent claim. A piece of scheduled jewelry was damaged. I submitted a claim to Greg Whites Office, it was quickly forwarded to the claims office. I submitted a estimate on the repair and with in 20 minutes it was approved. The Check was mailed out within 3 days.
