Yesenia found us another home owners policy thru Northern Light (Burns & Wilcox) when our provider (Merced)went bankrupt due to being under funded and the disastrous wild fires in Northern Calif. Even tho it is much higher than the old policy, we are glad to have coverage. Thank you.

He also provided short- and long-term renters insurance for periods between home sale and home purchase. I recently purchased a 1900 Victorian, which requires a specialty homeowners policy that Harold obtained to protect my vintage historical home. He provided exceptional support when a pipe burst beneath the slab foundation in the kitchen years ago. He has represented me as my personal agent when there were issues with the provider insurance companies. Harold can address any insurance question or issue, and his staff are knowledgeable and well trained to provide rapid response with effective and efficient service.
I dont interact too much. I have had issues in the past with your office getting past changes of address wrong again and again. Now I am getting some paperwork in the mail eventhough my profile has specified paperless. This is very important as we live oversees sometimes. Otherwise, the staff is always nice and friendly. I haven't had to call on you except once. I lost a valuable sentimental bracelet, but it wasn't covered. Wish I had known what I could have done to get coverage.

We have followed Liliana as our insurance agent from different companies and we have been really happy when she moved to Allstate.
