Together, our principal Owners have a combined 50 years of construction and masonry experience. Donald E. McCauley Jr. previously ran the Masonry Division from his previous employment for 17 years. During that period, he established a great reputation for completing jobs on time or ahead of schedule, working with General Contractors to coordinate other trades, always performing quality work and earning numerous craftmanship awards, including several National Awards and one International Award.
While in his previous tenure, he was instrumental in obtaining numerous awards for craftmanship through always looking to avoid obstacles and having a check down system to always insure the client that was not only getting a job that was specified, but always striving to be a leader in the industry when it comes to workmanship and quality.
