Joshua called me me a couple of months ago and offered to do a check up on my insurance needs. But I blew it off. Thankfully He called again yesterday...and I listened. Joshua's research found that In vastly overcharged by another big name insurance company. Now I receive greater courage while reducing my cost by over a grand a year! LISTEN TO JOSH!

Their customer service has been unparalleled. They took the time to listen to my questions (and I had A LOT concerning a claim) and provided me guidance throughout the whole process. They also provided me with phone calls, which in my opinion is priceless when we live in a world of SO much technology, which I loved.

Josh Dress is amazing.. I was looking for car insurance, and even though he had a family emergency and had to go out of town he still stayed in touch with while he was gone, he let me know that he hadn't forgotten me, and when his trip needed to be extended he let me know. The moment he got back into town he texted me and let me know what time he'd be at the office the next day. The following day he called me from the office and helped me with a quote and what could help my rate go down, by asking if I needed renters insurance. He is friendly, kind, very understanding and most importantly he has great patience with me jumping around with what I wanted. If you need any type of insurance call him, email him or come into his office you wont regret it. Josh thanks for being so kind and caring

Wonderful insurance agent for all your home, vehicle and life insurance needs. Mr. Dress is very down to earth and approachable for even the slightest concerns in coverage plans. He explained every aspect of our coverage plans, making us feel very well informed throughout the entire process. Mr. Dress's honesty and integrity were 2nd to none and that was something we noticed right away and definitely aided in making our decision to use him as our insurance agent.

I would not even give them a star but I had to!!!! I have been with this agency for 10 years! I had no problem with them until this year but maybe that's because I needed nothing! I have my home and 3 cars with them. My home was designated in a flood zone by FEMA. I had to obtain a elevation certificate, which I did. I took it to the office, which is 40 minutes away from me. The receptionist KIM sat on it, did nothing with it, causing my mortgage company to purchase flood insurance at an significantly higher rate. Kim would not answer the phone, return my calls! After four months she half way did her job! But yet telling me the whole time she was doing it. I transferred my business to another agency and called FEMA myself and 8 months later she STILL HAS NOT done her job!!!! Costing me hundreds of dollars!!! Mr. Dress needs to reassess his choices in employees!!!

Good customer service and has been working in the area for years. Anyone wanting to join State Farm in the area should not pass him up.

Terrible Service. Go to another State Farm. I cancelled my car insurance 3 months ago and they kept billing me. I cancelled my home owners insurance with them and im being billed until September (3 months from now) . I sold house in April!!! I emailed, faxed, and called from another insurance agency to remedy situation.... The receptionist/agent said "WHATEVER" and hung up on me!!!! While I was at Allstate... My new agent said she has never seen anything like it before. I actually was helped through anther State Farm office who actually cared and sent me through corporate channels to fix being over billed.. Do yourself a favor and seek another State Farm agent that actually cares or gives a damn. You have been warned.
