“Kids eat free EVERY DAY at this place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. My kids particularly love it because they can both people watch & dog watch while dining on the patio of this dog-friendly place. Head here on a Thursday and you can enjoy their half-price ribs (a half rack is just 6 bucks!) while your kids enjoy the dog slobber (mine sure did!). And don't forget to pick up one of Dunlay's smoked pig ears to bring home to your favorite slobbering friend :p”

“For some reason, when my boys eat wings they feel like men (hey-it's their logic not mine!). The 25 boneless wing family pack with large fries, 3 flavors of wings, 3 dips, rolls $ some veggie sticks thrown in to keep it healthy is just 22 bucks & turns my boys into food ravishing men in minutes. Plus it's plenty of food to feed even my manly children--hope my daughter doesn't see this one ;) ”

“All you can eat pizza, salad AND Rice Krispie treats? On Tuesdays that's just what you'll get for 12 bucks. I know my kids can eat their weight in Rice Krispie treats alone, so this is a great deal for us, but if you prefer, you can head to Joey's on a Monday when kids eat free. Last time I checked that's about as cheap as you can get ;) To make the most of this deal, make sure your kids get the grilled or fried shrimp which is normally $7-and steal a piece when they're not looking-it's great :)”

“Up to 2 kids eat free with every adult meal every day after 4:30. We went on a Wednesday when their amazing pizzas (pictured) are 2 for 1, so there was plenty of food for a great price for all 5 of my kids and me. While that was my favorite part, my kids' favorite part was taking the el train which lets you off at Frasca's front door. The only problem is that now, every time we head out to eat, my youngest asks, "Are we taking the train there?" ”

“The $3 kids meal (M-F 11 to 3 PM) led me here with two of my boys before a recent Cubs game, with free tickets from a friend, of course :) My oldest was brave enough (or strange enough) to get the PB & J with BACON (yes, you read that right!) which he loved. I wish I could tell you how it was, but I wouldn't try it even after he triple-dog-dared me. On the other hand, the overabundance of 50 cent mini corn dogs I ate were fantastic!”

“2 kids eat free with each adult purchase every Monday after 4 at this place which was just named the best restaurant in America by Parents Magazine! And every other day, kid's meals are only about $2.50 to $3.50 (including drink!). Jason's is kind of like Panera (my daughter's favorite) but healthier, a little cheaper, and much tastier! Eat good, feel good, and best of all, save good! Okay so that's not perfect grammar, but it's true”

“It's not too often my kids get to eat in a hustling, bustling diner, but now that I found out kids eat free on Sundays through Wednesdays, it's going to happen a lot more! My kids love just watching the constant motion of people in this place and the extensive kids menu makes sure even my picky eater finds what he wants. Btw, my kids nearly blew my eardrums with chants of "We were there!" when we saw this place on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives about a week later-totally cool :)”

“When we saw this place on Man v. Food, our fate was sealed: Lucky's absolutely had to be visited. We expected big sandwiches, but I didn't expect the really low prices! $7.50 got us our choice of 1 of 16 sandwiches w/ fries and Cole slaw--packed right into the sandwich! My 5 kids shared 1 sandwich while I tried emulating my hero, Adam from M v. F by getting one for just me. Adam doesn't need to worry about job security since I didn't come close to finishing while he won their challenge eating 3!”

“The $4.50 lunch special gets you an entree, rice, soup, and all the Chinese tea & water you can drink. The entrees are big enough for most kids to split, and the food is the best I've had in Chinatown. Plus, the kids love walking around the shops afterward where you can always pick up some souvenirs for just a buck or 2. And if you park in the Chinatown Parking Lot (it's hard to miss) get your ticket validated and pay just 2 bucks! That about as cheap as parking gets in the city!”
