Called to start a new policy when I finally spoke to someone Melanie was extremely rude and put out by having to deal with me And after answering the same questions over and over she finally just hung up on me spoke to the manager who apologized but made excuses told me how she was the best. Had no Conza solutions

The lack of customer service you receive with this agency is absolutely ridiculous. They do not take care about their customers. You can be told that they're "too busy" to deal with you. My mother and I were insured through them for years. I left 4 years ago do to the lack of service and their cavalier attitude. We weren't even allowed to talk to our agent Paul Allison. It's my understanding he's higher up in the agency now, but a replacement was never offered. My mother was lied to time and time again about policies and laws. I finally convinced her to shop her coverage and within a day she found a policy saving her nearly $1,000. Now, I thought agencies are supposed to do that for you, but I guess these people are too concerned with the money and not the service. I'm glad to say that they will no longer be receiving money from my family. I normally wouldn't leave such a bad review, but I feel that more people should be aware that this is not the agency for you. Keep looking!
