Allstate customers call 1-800-54-STORM to report a claim from the recent storm. Be aware of areas where floodwaters have receded as they often erode roads and walkways. Do not attempt to drive through areas that are still flooded.

I have had excellent service and when I ran out of gas the wait time was within a reasonable amount of time to have gas brought to my location. Yet I really would like to get 5 gallons of gas not one gallon of gas so there will be plenty of mileage to reach the nearest gas station. That is my only concern is that if I ever run out of gas that Allstate will deliver more gas to my onsite location because it is an emergency if I should ever run out of gas ever again. I feel that I have a good coverage plan that covers my immediate needs at a good premium. Thank you. Wade S. Priddy

the fact that yall put two ppl on my policy just because they once lived at the address that l now reside at is a "croc of ****"! and then the worst part is that yall raised my rate for a ******** reason.l have no tickets or accidents within the past six years so l don't understand why you raised my rate.as soon as l can find another good rate with another company l will be camcelling.by far the worst experience l've ever had with an insurance company.especially with a company who's mantra is "your in good hands"...outta be "your gonna get ripped off"!

Avoid standing water as it may be electronically charged from underground or downed power lines. Do not touch electrical appliances. Watch for dangerous debris (e.g. broken glass, metal fragments).
