It’s always a pleasure to come in and speak to the office staff at the highway 6 location, my questions are answered and any issues that I may have had is resolved at the time of my visits to your office.

The staff is friendly and tries to find the best coverage for each client.

Allstate customers call 1-800-54-STORM to report a claim from the recent storm. Be aware of areas where floodwaters have receded as they often erode roads and walkways. Do not attempt to drive through areas that are still flooded.

So far it's been great, and at a fair price.

My previous feelings were neutral. After Hurricane Harvey and the service received from claim adjuster, I'm heavily considering switching my home owners insurance to State Farm.

your agency does not reward good driving record and no claim for all these years, you rather inflate my coverage price even without having any claims. Your agency should learn to reward loyal a customer as well as put longevity into consideration

Agents and adjusters were friendly and professional. Never having dealt with a loss of property claim, they answered all my questions and kept me up to date on progress of the claim.

I have had excellent service and when I ran out of gas the wait time was within a reasonable amount of time to have gas brought to my location. Yet I really would like to get 5 gallons of gas not one gallon of gas so there will be plenty of mileage to reach the nearest gas station. That is my only concern is that if I ever run out of gas that Allstate will deliver more gas to my onsite location because it is an emergency if I should ever run out of gas ever again. I feel that I have a good coverage plan that covers my immediate needs at a good premium. Thank you. Wade S. Priddy

I appreciated the constant communication when Brian Williams was at the agency. I don't get that level of service today. We just receive a plethora of emails and that's not enough.

the fact that yall put two ppl on my policy just because they once lived at the address that l now reside at is a "croc of ****"! and then the worst part is that yall raised my rate for a ******** reason.l have no tickets or accidents within the past six years so l don't understand why you raised my rate.as soon as l can find another good rate with another company l will be camcelling.by far the worst experience l've ever had with an insurance company.especially with a company who's mantra is "your in good hands"...outta be "your gonna get ripped off"!

I wish there was a package that you can receive rewards for safe driving for a lower cost

Allstate is very easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and understood my needs as well as my wants. The only problem we've had was setting up autopay in the beginning. However, that was sorted out promptly and efficiently.

I feel as the agents never did enough to find discounts for me, my insurance always had an increase. They agents were never customer friendly to me when I needed an explanation. The money is what I have pay I would is fine, however bad customer service is what have me shopping around for a new company

Don't get insurance from Allstate. They don't pay to fix your vehicle.

We have our Auto, Motorcycle and Life insurance with Allstate. great insurance company. We care about QUALITY and SERVICE and that is why we have Allstate.

Avoid standing water as it may be electronically charged from underground or downed power lines. Do not touch electrical appliances. Watch for dangerous debris (e.g. broken glass, metal fragments). Before walking through debris, use a stick to check for hidden dangers. My agency is here to support you – please call us with any questions.
