Probably my worst interaction with an insurance agency ever in my life. Burke has some of the best prices around, but that's because they don't do anything. My premiums kept rising even though my vehicles were less expensive to replace and no tickets or accidents had occurred. When I emailed Jeff's "team" about the consistent hikes, rather than explain why,their response was just simply "I feel your pain". Finally, I had an accident where I wasn't at fault. I had 5 cars under a policy with Burke and the one I got hit in had minimum coverage. Since this was the one vehicle that didn't have full coverage, they were quick to point that out and it took forever and a day to get any information from them to file a claim with the guilty party's insurance. They treated me like I was a hassle. Even though I had multiple policies and paid them thousands each year (for absolutely nothing). Later that year, I filled out Allstate's Customer Satisfaction Survey and was brutally honest with my issues and grades. Within hours, the Burke group responded with a rather rude email regarding the survey in which Jeff states "apparently we do not do what is it you want us to do here". Yeah Jeff, I just want you and your team to do your job. Is it that hard? Bottom Line: When you need Burke, they are nowhere to be found. If you're looking for a cheap rate and just expecting a paper card for your glove box with zero help or customer service when you need it most, Jeff Burke is your man.
A short time ago you sent me this same two questions. I don't remember exactly what I said in response, but I think this event went very smoothly except that there was a delay in letting me get an estimate which was more than necessary. Nevertheless the Allstate personnel involved were very kind and helpful. Thanks.
I really cannot say one way or another about Allstate. I do feel that they could have done a better job clarifying what the insurance covers. I have no idea of what I have or do not have in car insurance - and I don’t want to read five pages in font four to find out. The bottom line is that I have not been in a situation to see how supportive Allstate is in an incident, so, until then, I just don’t know how good they are.
This is by far the best experience and relationship I've ever had with an insurance company. I cant say enough good things about this branch/location, specifically Kelly Burke! She has been a great person to talk to and helps guide me through all my questions and options. I have great confidence referring her business. Thanks Again!
I like Allstate, but I do not want an app. I do not understand why I would want to contact you unless I have a problem or a question. I do not appreciate your sending me a text or email. I do not understand why I do not get a discount if I do not download your app. I am starting to get pretty upset about this issue.
I've yet to avail myself to you're services, but you're company is always very prompt when billing me. One question, though; does the device that I plugged into my car record all of my behavior behind the wheel, or is this info used in the event of a claim and/or accident? Email me someday. We transferred to this agency about 3 years ago from out of state. We chose them specifically because of their good ratings, but they have really gone downhill the last few months. Our car was totaled last month but wasn't taken off the policy until weeks later. They haven't backdated it and we were charged too much for our last month's payment. After multiple calls to try to fix it, my husband went to their agency in person about two weeks ago to transfer our account over to a different agency. I called them one week ago to see how the transfer was going and they told us they didn't have any notes that he even came in to visit, but they would start the transfer right away. I just called our new agency today and they said no transfer had been started at all. I'm very disappointed with the carelessness this agency has shown to their loyal customers.
Kelly was the most helpful insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am pretty clueless when it comes to insurance, but she clearly explained what each policy covered and and helped me understand what options were best for my situation, ensuring I saved money where I could. After I signed my insurance policies, Kelly continued to be responsive by quickly answering all of my follow-up questions and making a small change to my Renters policy. In short, Kelly was invaluable, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and essential to my positive experience with Allstate.
I've been with Jeff Burke's Allstate branch since I was 16 years old, and I just turned 30 this year, so like 100 years... The whole team is fantastic and very helpful every time I've called. They honestly care about their relationship with customers and always seam to have the best answers for anything I throw at them. Not only would I recommend them, I HAVE recommended them many times.
Your agency cancelled my auto policy in Texas without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t find this out until this morning from the national claims team after my car got totaled last night by an uninsured motorist. I only have three homes and two cars insured through Allstate, I hope Allstate takes responsibility for this illegal mistake and gets me a new car.
Jeff and his folks have been mostly great to me since I've been a customer. Their rates are consistently some of the best in the area (I check every 6 months). The handle my issues with a personal touch every time and are completely honest with me even if it's not to their financial benefit. The only knock I can give them is the constant attempt to up-sell me some type of insurance or insurance upgrade. Every. Single. Time. It's very annoying. I understand that's their job to increase revenue, but it personally rubs me the wrong way. Their customer service is great and the rates are even better, so I tolerate the up-sell.
Working with Tiffany was a pleasure! She asked the right questions to get to know us and our needs, then crafted policies to safeguard us and our assets affordably. Jeff and Kelly definitely care about getting me the right coverage at the right price. I love their personal approach. Feels like I’m working with friends instead of a company. Jeff invited me into his office to talk about my plans instead of just doing it over the phone. I’ve had insurance with them for about 4 years. My daughter was in 3 accidents in her first car. Each time, Allstate and Jeff’s team made the claims and repair process so easy. My brother just switched to Allstate because they were able to save him money. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Never suggest any way to save money. Only mitre ways to spend more. My auto insurance is outrageous. I do NOT like being called in the phone. I do business by email. But I continue to get calls on the phone. I do not want to come in to go over insurance. I can do it over email. But I still get calls. I'll probably get a call about this survey
